Pokemon GO Shared Skies Timed Research Part 3: Tasks and rewards

Pokemon GO Shared Skies Timed Research Part 3 is now available for trainers to participate in and complete. In its final step, the seasonal Timed Research tasks involve winning raids, catching Pokemon, and defeating Team GO Rocket grunts multiple times.

For those interested, Shared Skies Timed Research Part 1 focused on exploring the in-game world and hatching eggs, and Shared Skies Timed Research Part 2 tasked players to complete Field Research tasks and catch Pokemon.

Shared Skies Timed Research Part 3 - Step 1 of 1

• Defeat 5 Team GO Rocket Grunts - Machop encounter
• Win 3 raids - 20x Ultra Ball
• Defeat 10 Team GO Rocket Grunts - Cubone encounter
• Win 5 raids - 10x Revive
• Defeat 20 Team GO Rocket Grunts - Hisuian Sneasel encounter
• Catch a Pokemon on 10 different days - 10x Max Potion
• Rewards: Donphan encounter, 2500x Stardust, 5000 XP

To check out the Timed Research, click on the binocular icon on the bottom-left corner of the screen (above the nearby Pokemon tab). Swipe leftmost to reveal the Timed Research tab which will contain the Shared Skies seasonal questline. Given that August 2024 is set to feature a Team GO Rocket event, trainers will likely not have a difficult time completing most of the tasks mentioned above.

The Season of Shared Skies began on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 10 am local time. It is due to end on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 10 am local time. We have already witnessed the Mega Rayquaza makeup event late last week, with a Community Day Classic due to take place later this month.
