Pokemon GO Wild Area Timed Research and Field Research: Tasks and rewards

The Pokemon GO Wild Area Timed Research and Field Research can be completed as you participate in the eponymous event and enjoy everything it offers. Their rewards include Pocket Monster encounters, in-game items, and the lucrative new Safari Ball.

Wild Area also offers event-themed Collection Challenges for ticket-holding trainers to complete. These challenges are divided into two groups based on Electric- and Poison-type. They have Rock Star Pikachu and Pop Star Pikachu encounters as rewards.

Wild Area offers both free and paid Timed Research questlines for trainers to complete.

Throw Wild - Step 1 of 2

• Spin 10 PokeStops or Gyms - 10x Poke Ball
• Catch 10 Pokemon - 300 XP
• Rewards: 3x Razz Berry, 1x GO Safari Ball, 3x Potion

Throw Wild - Step 2 of 2

• Catch one Pokemon in GO Safari Balls - 10x Ultra Ball
• Catch 10 different species of Pokemon - 300x Stardust
• Rewards: 3x Golden Razz Berry, 1x GO Safari Ball, 3x XP

The GO Safari Ball Extra Access ticket gives trainers hourly exclusive Timed Research that provides an extra four Safari Balls.

These new Poke Balls are excellent against Mighty Pokemon in Pokemon GO. However, keep in mind that they will disappear once Wild Area ends.
