Rare Shiny Pokemon to find at the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global event
1) Shiny Jangmo-o
For the first time, trainers can encounter Shiny Jangmo-o in the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global. It introduces its family line, which includes Shiny Hakamo-o and Shiny Kommo-o. To find this rare Pokemon, you can play GO in locations with Windy Weather. This weather is its natural habitat, so the likelihood of finding the monster there is high.
Shiny Jangmo-o can be encountered in three ways: in the Shining Day habitat, from eggs, and in 1-star raids. While looking for it in the wild, be in Windy locations and turn on Lure Module and Incense. Hatch as many eggs as you can during the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global to come across Shiny Jangmo-o. Lastly, raids can also be beaten for encountering this variant.
2) Shiny Buzzwole
Shiny Buzzwole and its other versions all belong to the Americas and Greenland. This is why many cannot get their hands on this regional Pocket Monster. However, the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global will allow everyone to get a piece of cake, and by introducing it through the 5-star Raids, GO ensures all trainers have equal opportunity to find Shiny Buzzwole.
3) Shiny Pheromosa
Pheromosa and its Shiny counterpart are national treasures of regions located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. To find them, you have to win against the boss Phermosa in raids. Typical, all 5-star raid bosses share the same Shiny odds, which means there is a 1-in-20 chance to find Shiny Pheromosa at Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global.
4) Shiny Xurkitree
While trainers can use the same counters to beat Pheromosa and Buzzwole raids, they need a different set to conquer Xurkitree raids. You have to win these to earn an encounter with Shiny Xurkitree.
The Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global debuts Shiny Xurkitree, a form exclusive to Asia-Pacific regions.
5) Shiny Necorzma
The arrival of Shiny Necrozma is the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global’s one of the main highlights. This Pocket Monster has a unique capability to fuse with another species to transform into a more powerful form. To find Shiny Necrozma, you can complete 5-star raid battles. Perhaps, the best way to hunt for it would be to win multiple battles.
6) Shiny Emolga
Shiny Emolga has appeared in the in-person local fest events before, but it is returning in the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global. It can be encountered in the Creeping Dust habitat. Moreover, hatching 7 KM Pokemon eggs is another way to find it. Shiny Emolga is a rare Pokemon that should not be missed catching on any occasion.
7) Shiny Espeon wearing a Day Scarf
The costumed variant of Espeon, known as Shiny Day Scarf Espeon, is an elegant-looking critter. It can be found in two ways in the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global. The first is to get a ticket to the Global Fest and then turn on Incense to attract it. Moreover, the Shiny form of Espeon with a day scarf can also be obtained by beating 3-star raids.
8) Shiny Umbreon wearing a Night Scarf
Shiny Umbreon rocking a Night Scarf is a rare Shiny creature because costumed Pokemon are brought back when something special happens. Like the encounter method discussed above, trainers need a ticket to encounter Shiny Night Scarft Umbreon from Incense. Further, at the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Global, they can conquer 3-star raids featuring Shiny Night Scarf Umbreon.
