Appearance

Terrakion Appearance

Looking like a bovid in appearance, more specifically a bull, Terrakion is a tough, sturdy Pokemon. With two sharp horns on its side, Terrakion has a mostly grey color scheme. With beige accents, the only color that pops in this Pokemon are the orange sides and eyes. Its striped underside is also beige and it has a short, stubby tail.

Behavior

First and foremost Terrakion is a protector and defender, willing to get in a fight to protect small defenseless Pokemon from human beings. Terrakion, along with the other Pokemon, form the Swords of Justice which is a group that distrust humans due to them being at war. They have fought against humans in the past to protect Pokemon. Terrakion also has a fierce protective streak and has the muscle to back it up, with it capable of destroying a castle wall. Not only that, like the other members of the Swords of Justice, it can speak through telepathy.

Strengths and Weaknesses

As Terrakion is a Legendary Pokemon, it’s only safe to assume that it’ll have legendary stats. However what’s most surprising is Terrakion’s speed as its one of the highest amongst all Pokemon. An almost guaranteed first strike, it leaves plenty of opportunity for an attack which also happens to be its second highest stat. Although lacking in Special Attack, as long as you avoid moves from Fairy, Flying, Psychic, Fighting, Grass, Ground, Steel, and Water types, you should be more than fine.

Shiny Terrakion

Shiny Terrakion

With it very hard to locate in the wild, finding a Shiny Terrakion is tricky as it is tough to track down. The main difference between a normal and Shiny Terrakion is obvious, as Shiny Terrakion’s horns are now bright red, and it’s hide is all beige with light green eyes and sides. . To get a Shiny Terrakion of your own, you’ll have to find one in the wild, a task easier said than done, although you could always find someone willing to trade one. Furthermore, like all shiny Pokemons, Shiny Terrakion gains a starry animation upon entering battle.

How to catch Terrakion in Pokemon Go?

As of the moment the only way to catch Terrakion in Pokemon go is to wait and see if a nearby raid features this Pokemon. In case it does, bring your strongest Pokemon and as many gold Razz Berries as you can because catching Terrakion is never guaranteed, even if you defeat them in the raid.
