Togekiss stands 1.5 meters tall and has a wingspan twice as wide as its body length. Its body is pure white with blue and red triangle accents. It no neck, and its head is topped with a three-pointed horizontal crest. The left side of its crest has a blue tip, and the right side has a red tip. It has small feet connected directly to the bottom of its round body, and it has thick wings instead of hands.
