Appearance
Vanilluxe is a large white and blue Pokemon that resembles two ice cream cones frozen together. Most of its body is white and covered with powdery snow while the body underneath its snowy exterior is light blue. Vanilluxe seems to be a two-headed Pokemon and there are small pointy bits that resemble ice cream cones underneath each head. It also seems to have a straw made from icicle bits sticking out of one of their heads. Vanilluxe is a large Pokemon at 4 feet and 3 inches, or 1.3 meters, tall.
Behavior
While Vanilluxe may seem to be a tasty treat, most of its body is snow and ice. It is capable of swallowing large amounts of water that can turn into snow clouds inside its body. Vanilluxe has become popular among snowboarders and skiers thanks to its ability to create snow. Both of the heads seem independent of one another, and the Pokedex mentions that even if it loses a head it can still live without any problems.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Vanilluxe does not have the most impressive base statline and it can deal considerable damage with its high attack stats, but its slow speed prevents it from being a good offensive Pokemon. While its resistances are decent, its low health pool and weak defensive type prevent it from being used defensively. As a monotype ice Pokemon, Vanilluxe takes 2x damage from fighting, rock, steel, and fire type moves. It is immune to no types and only resistant to ice type moves.
Best Moveset
In competitive play, Vanilluxe is not rated highly on tier lists and can be utilized as an aggressive Pokemon that can easily get through defensive Pokemon. With Choice Specs, as a held item, Vanilluxe’s damaging moves will deal considerable damage. The Snow Warning ability can also be a good setup for the hail weather effect. Vanilluxe does not do well against fast Pokemon so try to save Vanilluxe for slower Pokemon. Consider running Blizzard, Freeze-Dry, Ice Shard, and Taunt/Hidden Power Fire. This set is aimed at giving you a dedicated ice type offensive Pokemon. You can use Taunt if you want to prevent hazards or status effects, or use Hidden Power Fire to cover more types of opposing Pokemon.

Vanillite can also be hatched from 5 km eggs.Of its three stage evolution line, only Vanillite has been featured as a tier one raid boss at Pokemon Gyms. To evolve Vanillite into Vanillish you will need 25 candies and another 100 candies to evolve Vanillish into Vanilluxe.
