Appearance of Victini

Victini is a rabbit-like Pokemon with a round, comparatively large head and circular blue eyes. Victini has larger orange years which form a “V” which resembles Usagi-Ringo, a method of cutting apple slices in the shape of a bunny. Victini’s small, cream-colored body has rounded arms that resemble shirt cuffs. These round arms lead into even smaller, orange three-fingered hands and two-toed feet. Victini also has two tiny, visible fangs which are visible due to its wide smile. Victini also has two tails that resemble feathery wings and allow it to fly.

Behavior of Victini

Victini is a shy and timid Pokemon, assisting its status as a Mythical Pokemon. Despite being timid, Victini will come out of hiding in order to protect those it cares about, as seen in its protection of the King of the People of the Vale one thousand years prior to its movie debut. Victini can produce an infinite amount of energy within itself that can be shared with others, leading to its title as the Victory Pokemon. Connected to its shyness, Victini can turn invisible as a means of hiding itself from others. Finally, in Victini’s movie appearance, Victini is shown to be quite gluttonous, especially with macaroons and oran berries, a trait used for comedy.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Victini has uniform stats all around. As a fire and psychic-type Pokemon, Victini is weak to ground, rock, water, ghost, Dark-type attacks and is strong against fighting, grass, ice, and steel-type Pokemon.

Shiny Victini

Every Pokemon event for Mythological Pokemon since Generation V has either been shiny locked or guaranteed shiny. In the case of Shiny Victini, Victini is a Shiny Locked Pokemon, since Shiny Victini has never been released in an event.

Best moveset for Victini

Victini's unique typing and good bulk give it many opportunities in competitive battles. V-create is a powerful STAB (same-type attack bonus) move that can deal a heavy punch in battle. U-Turn allows Victini to deal chip damage to potential fire-resistant switch-ins. Final Gambit allows Victine to force damage on a threatening opponent Pokemon. Finally, Trick allows Victini to cripple walls or other threatening Pokemon. Relying on the heavy damage of U-Turn and V-create allows other move space to deal with potential threats.
