19) Jennifer Coolidge and Ariana Grande
After getting featured in Ariana Grande's popular music video for Thank U, Next in 2018, the White Lotus star Jennifer Coolidge became close friends with the singer. They two share mutual respect and admiration for one another. The actor also spoke about being grateful to singer Ariana Grande for giving her the opportunity to act in her music video in an interview with Entertainment Weekly in 2022. In that interview, she said:
"I was kind of flatlining, and you got things going for me,...I just want to thank you (Ariana Grande). I know you’re a very humble person, you wouldn’t admit to it, but I’m just going to thank you,"
In an interview with ET Canada, Coolidge also spoke about her close friendship with the singer. She said:
"I love that girl. She has so much cool. I mean, she’s at the beginning of her life and it’s like I… she is someone that is such an unusual story because she’s this very, very old person in a very young body. It’s really rare. I sometimes feel like I’m talking to someone ancient. Her take on things [and everything] is so advanced. I don’t really know how to explain her. I have never met anyone like her in my life."
20) Blake Lively and Florence Welch
Singer Florence Welch and beloved actor and fashion icon Blake Lively have been close friends for a long time now. Blake used to be a regular at Florence Welch's shows. The journey of their everlasting friendship began from there. The two have been through thick and thin together. The singer even performed at Blake and Ryan Reynold's wedding ceremony back in 2012.
In a 2011 interview with E!, Florence went on to gush about their amazing friendship. She said:
"[Blake] actually came to our very first New York show. She's been to all of the shows that we've done in America and she flew out to Las Vegas just because I was performing there over the New Year."
She further spoke about how Lively helped her secure a guest role in the popular TV show, Gossip Girl. While talking about it, she said:
