On May 22, 2023, BTS' SUGA held his first solo fan meeting, Agust D D-DAY: Movie Night, in Seoul, where lucky fans who won the chance to attend the same, gathered at the venue. From live performance of songs from his first studio album, D-DAY, to answering several fan questions, the idol spent quite an entertaining night with his fans.
Given that only a limited number of people could attend the event, as soon as videos hit the internet, others who weren't lucky enough to attend, expressed their jealousy, wishing they were present in the audience as well. Akin to the enthusiastic and energetic persona fans see of BTS' SUGA during his Suchwita shows and other solo promotional videos, the idol had no trouble shining alone.
While it's hard to gather all the moments where the idol made the crowd laugh hard at his jokes and sob heavily at his cuteness, there were some moments from the event that fans can't stop talking about.

1) SUGA performing Haegeum while wearing a suit
Among the several songs that BTS' SUGA had prepared in the set list for his first solo fan meeting, the title track of D-DAY, Haegum was also included. While the song itself has the aura to hook people in, the live performance had fans all the more mesmerized by the thrilling song. What fans couldn't move on from, however, is the choice of outfit of the artist.
Given that the idol wore a tight-fit suit for the first half of the fan meeting, his performance was rolled in the same, and fans were over the moon for it. As the screens lifted for the event, SUGA appeared in the suit with the red fiery background and sang the song that was synonymous with the vibe.
2) SUGA's conversation with a fan who wanted to guest-appear on Suchwita
As BTS' SUGA kicked off the Q&A session, a board filled with questions from fans had the event rolling. One such question was about a guest he'd like to have on his drinking show, Suchwita. However, before he could answer, a fan volunteered saying that they'd like to guest-appear on the show. SUGA, being the savage he is, reciprocated in quite a unique way.
He asked the fan if they were confident to handle the airtime and stated that filming something by yourself is much easier in comparison to when cameras are focused on you. As he tried to convince fans that they might get nervous while filming, many from the crowd said they won't be fazed. Jokingly, SUGA asked all the cameras to film the people who said they won't get nervous on camera.
However, he soon got back to the question and said that if he ever gets a chance, he'd like a representative from ARMY to appear on his show, and also asked the fans if their faces being shown on Suchwita would be fine.
3) SUGA's encouraging answer to an older fan's "Yoongi Marry Me " comment
During the second-half of the fan meeting, BTS' SUGA had yet another set of questions shot at him by his fans. When a thirty-nine-year-old fan present at the fan meeting asked the ever-famous "Yoongi Marry Me" question to the idol, the fan also added that she wished to be twenty-nine.
When SUGA asked the fan why they wanted to be ten years younger, they said that the reason is because they'd then be able to properly ask him to marry them.
However, SUGA yet again won people's hearts with his thoughtful answer. He said that it doesn't matter whether they're thirty-nine or twenty-one, and age is just a number. He also added that this isn't a comment that's coming from him just because he's thirty-one now.
4) SUGA's never-ending contribution to the "Sorry I'm Cute" trend
Those who watched BTS' SUGA with Jimin for his Suchwita episode, would be aware of the idol's specific liking to the TikTok trend, "Sorry I'm Cute." While the idol wasn't aware of what the trend was back then, ever since it was brought to his knowledge, it has become more or less his favorite joke to crack with fans.
Also, given that SUGA is one of the BTS members who rarely picks up cute concepts, fans have been specifically liking his obsession with the trend. While the fans who won the video call event with the idol got to see it one-on-one, the crowd at the fan meeting also got lucky.
As the event proceeded, the idol randomly put forth a few steps from the trend's choreography, making fans sob at his cuteness.
5) SUGA changing from a suit to his "boyfriend" outfit
Last but definitely not the least on the list of must-see moments from BTS' SUGA's fan meeting is his change in outfit. While the idol shook fans with his charismatic look in a classy black suit, mid-way through the event, he declared that he'll have to change into "boyfriend" clothes, making fans present there scream with excitement.
After a short couple of minutes, the idol was back on stage in blue jeans and white shirt with a yellow cardigan on top, perfectly executing the vibe he was trying to communicate. However, given his effortlessly funny personality, as SUGA walked into the stage again he declared that the "boyfriend" look is quite weird, making fans laugh at how he can ridicule any moment.
As the event came to an end, fans went home with their hearts full of seeing several dimensions of BTS' SUGA, his live performances, his Q&A sessions, along with the several chit-chats that blossomed in between.
