Selling Sunset returned to screens this week and provided fans with a lot of entertainment and drama. The show revolves around the Oppenheim Group and its employees as they navigate their personal and professional lives as realtors, but oftentimes, working so closely can cause friction and tension between people. This was portrayed in season 6 of the series, which saw many cast members go up against each other, including OGs Nicole and Chrishell.

However, one cast member’s lack of efficiency really stayed with the fans, as they noticed Mary being unable to cope with being made a temporary manager while Jason took a few vacation days to spend time with his girlfriend. Mary was seen having trouble navigating through things when it came to handling personal issues between the cast members and being able to keep up with her job as well as Jason’s listings.

Fans took to social media to point out that she didn’t do a good enough job during season 6 and stated that she was an awful choice. They added that she has no communication skills and needs lessons in how to manage people.

Episodes of Selling Sunset season 6 are available to stream on Netflix.

In the latest segment of the Netflix real estate reality show Selling Sunset, Jason Oppenheim was seen giving Mary a little more responsibility than she’s used to. As he decided to take a few days off, he tasked her with being the temporary manager and keeping a check on everything in his absence.

The cast member was seen struggling to keep the peace between the team, especially between Nicole Young and Chrishell Stause, throughout the season. She tried to get the group together by arranging a girl's trip in order to help things calm down, but even there, things escalated between the two as Chrishell called Nicole a drug user and insinuated that she did drugs at Mary’s bachelorette party many years ago.

According to the fans of the show, she did poorly as a manager. They took to Twitter to address her role in the show and added that while Mary is a beloved cast member, she’s not manager material. They added that she should never manage people and pointed out that the Selling Sunset cast member is terrible at resolving conflict.

They stated that her fear of conflict is funny to watch because it interferes with her job as a manager. They stated that it's a fair expectation of her to be able to oversee the team dynamics.

Several fans further pointed out that they felt bad for the Selling Sunset season 6 cast member, as they felt that Jason threw her under the bus and wondered how he couldn’t see that she doesn’t have the bandwidth to deal with conflict.

They added that she seems exhausted since her two friends are fighting. They further pointed out that she is “obviously at a very low point” and that it was irresponsible of her friends to leave her alone after she broke down in her car. They added that she doesn’t get paid enough and that she needs healthy work boundaries because she is burnt out.
