David White - Chef
Dave is the chef on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7, and he was born and raised in the U.K. He started working in restaurants when he was 13, taking on various jobs such as washing pots and sweeping floors to support his family. He eventually worked in some of London's most prestigious kitchens before becoming a yacht chef about eight years ago. Dave has served as a head chef on several boats and now has a seasonal restaurant in southwest France, which he is proud of, but acknowledges that it's difficult to make a success of it.
Dave has a passion for extreme activities and has climbed Mount Everest. He won the British ski championships in freestyle skiing in 2014. With a strong work ethic and a love for adventure, Dave brings a unique perspective to the Below Deck Med crew and is sure to keep things interesting in the galley.
Natasha "Tasha" Webb - Chief Stewardess
Natasha is the chief stew on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7. Despite her West Yorkshire upbringing, Natasha has a strong work ethic, taking on various jobs, including golf caddy, bartender, nanny, teacher, and actor before getting into the yachting industry about 10 years ago. She started out on smaller boats and worked her way up to becoming a chief stew on 100-plus-meter motor yachts. Natasha's positive attitude stems from her past experience working for people who would scream and swear at her. As a child, Natasha developed a love for spectacle after her grandmother treated her and her sister to trips to the theater.
Natasha's love for entertainment and theme parties has come in handy while having to entertain charter guests. Her childhood experiences have taught her to create a magical atmosphere for guests and make them feel the same way she felt as a child. With her strong work ethic and ability to create a positive and fun environment, Natasha is sure to excel as the chief stew on Below Deck Med.
Kyle Viljoen - 2nd Steward
Kyle, a Below Deck Med crew member, grew up in South Africa and struggled to come to terms with his sexuality, feeling the need to hide it while attending an all-boys school. However, he came out as gay the year prior to the show and now lets his personality shine. Kyle has gained experience working on private and charter vessels, and his first job as a chief stew on a 42-meter yacht led to several more opportunities in the industry. Currently residing in New York, Kyle brings humor and personality to the show's crew.
Natalya "Nat" Scudder - 2nd Steward
Natalya is an Australian stew who has been working in the yachting industry since the age of 18. Prior to joining the Below Deck Med crew for Season 7, she worked as the sole stew on a vessel in the Kimberley region, where she took on all tasks in the department. Natalya has worked as both a second stew and chief stew and has had high-profile clientele, including multiple royal families.
Raygan Tyler - Bosun
Raygan is originally from Essex, England, but has lived in Turkey for nearly two decades. She has a boisterous personality that comes out whenever she returns to England. Raygan was "bitten by the travel bug at an early age" and has gained a broad range of boating experience in her 12 years in the yachting industry. She will be leading the deck team in Season 7 of Below Deck Med.
Raygan has calmed down a little bit since moving to Turkey, but she still considers herself a loud person. She started in yachting in the interior and has gained experience in different aspects of boating, including leading the deck team in previous roles.
Storm Smith - Lead Deckhand
Storm, a South African native, grew up near the beach and fell in love with boats and the sea. Despite attending culinary and film school, his passion for the water led him to yachting. With experience as a surf guide, he has worked on charter yachts focused on surfing and diving, and he has worked on boats as large as 240 feet.
Mzi "Zee" Dempers - Deckhand
Mzi "Zee" Dempers is a returning deckhand in the seventh season of Below Deck Med. Originally from Durban, South Africa, Zee was inspired to join the yachting industry by his brothers, who also work in the field. He started his career at sea after completing his education in Cape Town. In this season, Zee refers to his childhood friend Storm to the crew as another deckhand, and he also pays forward the encouragement he received from Captain Sandy in his first season of Below Deck Med.
Zee and Storm used to play water polo against each other as kids, and in the premiere episode of Season 7, Zee revealed that they were petrified of Storm because he looked like an 18-year-old man at the age of 13. Nonetheless, Zee referred Storm to the crew and they both work together as deckhands in the season.
Jason Gaskell - Deckhand
Jason grew up in Indiana and worked in commodity trading for 11 years before selling all his stuff and flying overseas, where he discovered his passion for sailing. He has worked as an apprentice, dockhand and captain for many companies, as well as being his own captain on a sailing ship. Although Jason has extensive sailing experience, Home is the first super yacht he has worked on.
