Celine Dion has announced she is delaying the spring dates of her 2023 European Courage World Tour, scheduled from February 24 through April 11, 2023, into spring 2024 and canceling eight performances in the summer of 2023 as she continues to recover from a health issue. Dion revealed that she had stiff-person syndrome, a neurological condition that affects her muscles, in December 2022. The events scheduled for August 26 through October 4, 2023, will go on as planned.
Celine Dion said, “I’ve been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it’s been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through.” “It hurts me to tell you that I won’t be ready to restart my tour in Europe in February.” “I miss seeing all of you, being on stage, performing for you.” “I always give 100% when I do my shows, but I can’t give you that right now.” “For me to reach you again, I have no choice but to concentrate on my health, and I have hope that I’m on the road to recovery.”
Tickets for the twenty-three new dates in 2024 will be honored along with the original dates. Tickets for the eight summer dates that were canceled will be reimbursed. Holders of tickets should get in touch with their original point of purchase for any additional questions or options.

Who is Celine Dion?
Canadian singer Céline Marie Claudette Dion was born on March 30, 1968. She is referred to as the "Queen of Power Ballads" and is known for her strong vocals and technical prowess. She has incorporated pop, rock, R&B, gospel, and classical music into her music. Since then, she has primarily recorded in English and French, though she has also sung in other languages, including Spanish, Italian, German, Latin, Japanese, and Chinese.
With more than 200 million records sold worldwide, she is one of the most successful musicians of all time. Dion is both the most successful French-language recording artist and the best-selling Canadian artist of all time. At least 10 million copies of seven of her albums have been sold worldwide.
Five Grammy Awards, including those for Album of the Year and Record of the Year, have been won by her. She holds two honorary doctorates in music from Université Laval and Berklee College of Music. Having the most number-one adult contemporary songs for a female artist, Billboard dubbed her the "Queen of Adult Contemporary."
Dion is also the eighth best-performing female artist in the United States, the second-best-selling female artist in the country during the Nielsen SoundScan, and the sixth-best-performing female soloist in the history of the Billboard 200. The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) recognized her in 2003 for selling more than 50 million albums in Europe.
Dion was named the top-selling foreign performer in South Africa in 2008. With album sales and concert revenue exceeding $747 million, Dion was named the highest-earning artist of that decade by the Los Angeles Times at the end of 2009.
