What will be the possible plot for Criminal Record episode 3?
While there is no teaser for Criminal Record episode 3, the previous episodes have raised some questions the upcoming episodes must answer. Episode 3 is titled Kid in the Park and will take June further into the mystery as she tries to find out more about the anonymous caller with Sonya’s help.
The detectives will want to let Errol Mathis go if he is proven innocent. However, the reason behind his taking the false blame for Adeleide’s murder needs to be understood. June may suspect that Chief Inspector Hegarty knows more than he is sharing.
June may try to cover her tracks by lying and manipulating her to avoid being questioned and suspended by her superior, Roy. However, there is a possibility that she inadvertently uncovers the truth behind Daniel’s unusual attitude, various lies and conspiracies, and even about The Sixty-Twos.
What happened in the previous episode of Criminal Record?
The show has already made an impression with the two premiere episodes. Criminal Record episode 2 saw June rushing up the stairs as Maria was pushed to death by her boyfriend. While June, played by Cush Jumbo, failed to catch the miscreant, she identified him as Clive Silcox.
While Daniel, played by Peter Capaldi of Doctor Who fame, takes over the case, June continues to look for clues to find Clive. She questioned Errol’s mother, and Sonya filed a complaint against her. June accepted she was trying to find a link between Errol and Clive.
Another lead took June to a house where Clive was hiding. He attacked the two women in the house and set the house on fire. June saved the two women and arrested Clive. Later, Daniel informed June about Clive’s confession about killing Maria.
June still wanted to investigate Clive about Adelaide, going against her superiors’ instructions, resulting in the termination of the questioning session. June learned Daniel knew the two callers were two different people and had played her into embarrassment.
In the end, June and Sonya listened to the tapes again and realized that the first caller was still alive. June felt the need to look for her right away.
