After Christine Quinn’s exit from Selling Sunset, Chrishell Stause has found a new rival in season 6. New cast member Nicole Young stirred up drama with the actress throughout the season. In episode 7, Chrishell tried to shut down Nicole but her shade was below the belt. The OG star accused Nicole of using drugs and being “cracked out.”

The new reality TV star didn’t take the allegations lightly and went for a drug test the following day. Regardless of anyone asking about the aftermath, Nicole told Mary Fitzgerald and Chelsea Lazkani that she would consult her attorney and if Chrishell continued to throw jabs at her, then she would sue her for defamation.

The rivalry brought tension and negative energy to the group. However, Nicole agreed with Amanza Smith in episode 9 that she sought legal counsel and didn’t take any action against Chrishell.

Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause’s drug accusations on Nicole Young explored

Nicole Young is one of the old employees of The Oppenheim Group but never became part of the Selling Sunset main cast. She made her debut in season 6 and started creating drama from the first episode itself.

Her hatred towards Chrishell Stause could be seen from the start as she was angry at her for taking credit for a listing that happened three years ago. The two ladies tried to hash it out during Chelsea Lazkani’s open house but their conversation turned into a fight. According to Nicole, Jason Oppenheim put her and Chrishell together on the listing (three years ago) because he had a crush on the actress.

Chrishell got furious at the accusation and mentioned that she was married at the time. She even called Nicole a “b**ch,” which the latter exaggerated while telling others that Chrishell called her a “f***ing b**ch." Mary Fitzgerald tried to hash out their differences but was in vain. So the interim manager decided to organize a girls’ trip to Palm Springs to relax and forget the differences.

But, on day 1 dinner, the topic was brought to the table and another round of fights started. Nicole accused Chrishell of barring Jason to pick up her work-related call when he and the actress were in a relationship.

Viewers must have noticed Nicole Young has been quite expressive with her hands while talking. But Chrishell felt that she was “cracked out” during the fight.

After Nicole mentioned that she would not want to harm Chrishell’s career and thus would like to move on, the Selling Sunset OG fired back saying:

“'Cause you don’t have points and you’re on drugs. You’re on something.”

Everyone was shocked, especially Nicole. Chrishell made it worse by mimicking her body language and then said:

“I don’t know what is in your drink or what you’re on, but…I’m just saying, I’m good with not having the conversation because it doesn’t seem like there’s only wine in your glass. You’ve acted cracked out all night.”

When Nicole stormed off, Mary told Chrishell Stause that she took it too far. In response, Chrishell mentioned that she saw the Selling Sunset newcomer doing drugs at Mary’s bachelorette party. This made Mary furious as Chrishell linked her to the topic.

The next day, Nicole told Mary and Chelsea that she went for a drug test and have consulted her attorney. Later at dinner, the new cast member brought up the drug topic and informed Chrishell and the group that she took a drug test that came negative and consulted her lawyer. While Amanza defended Nicole’s stand on legal consult, Emma Hernan and Chrishell felt otherwise. In episode 9, it was made clear that Nicole didn’t sue Chrishell for defamation.
