Not all of our restaurants offer delivery, so patrons will need to continually check the website for updates on restaurant delivery availability.

If patrons are not already logged into the McDonald's app, they will need to launch the app and log in. Then proceed to select “Order” from the bottom menu bar and switch from “Pickup” to “McDelivery”. Enter the desired delivery address, and they will be notified if McDelivery is available at that specific location.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Customers may be able to cancel the order. To cancel your order, they will have to first identify who’s handling your delivery, McDelivery, Uber Eats, or DoorDash. From the home screen, choose “Track Order” and look at the tracking screen to find out. Then, please contact Uber Eats at 866-987-3744 or reach out to DoorDash at 833-510-0332. Once an order is cancelled, customers can then place a new order.
