Dr. Disrespect was banned from the popular gaming- streaming service Twitch. The reasons behind his ban were never revealed by Twitch. After the ban, he shifted to YouTube, where he continues to run his channel to this day. He even said that the ban caused immense damage to his image. Not only did he lose his long-time partnership with the streaming service but was also cut off from various deals with brands like Activision and EA. All this caused a major blowback to his image and also his income.

He later got to know the reason behind his ban but refused to share the details because it was a sensitive reason.

ESA Ban

The ban was put on Dr. Disrespect as he was live streaming from a bathroom during E3 2019. ESA stands for Entertainment Software Association. Streaming from a bathroom is a violation of privacy that was conducted by the streamer on those who were occupying the bathroom at that moment in time. The backlash that he received was very serious. Twitch then banned him from attending all the events.
