In a recent video, YouTuber Defiantly Human mentioned that the beach photo of Harris and Epstein was AI-generated. Multiple AI-detecting apps, including Isitai and Winston AI, claimed that the image was 99.64% AI-generated, confirming its misleading nature.
The second viral image, which shows Kamala Harris and Epstein standing next to each other, was also proven to be fake. A reverse image search on Getty Images revealed that the original image featured Harris with her husband, Douglas Emhoff, taken on September 17, 2015, at the Broad Museum Black Tie Inaugural Dinner in LA. BBC Verify also confirmed the same details.

Elon Musk shared AI-generated clip of Kamala Harris ahead of 2024 presidential elections
Kamala Harris has been subjected to manipulated AI-generated clips several times during her run as Vice President of the United States. On July 26, 2024, billionaire Elon Musk joined in by sharing an AI-generated video featuring Harris.
The video, intended as a parody, depicted Harris as the Democrats' 2024 presidential candidate. It recreated her voice and included statements she never made. It poked fun at President Biden, and claimed Kamala Harris was selected for her "diversity" despite not knowing “the first thing about running the country." The video featured the line:
"I, Kamala Harris, am your Democrat candidate for president because Joe Biden finally exposed his senility at the debate."
Musk shared the video on X with the caption "this is amazing" but did not clarify that it was edited. It is worth noting that the Tesla owner endorsed Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump for the 2024 elections days ago.
The video was initially posted by the social media user @MrReaganUSA, who mentioned that the clip was an "ad parody" of Harris's campaign advertisement.
The fake clip used clips similar to the official advertisement that the Democratic Party shared a week ago on social media while declaring Vice President Harris as their official 2024 presidential candidate.
A spokesperson of Harris's campaign, Mia Ehrenberg, emailed the Associated Press, confirming that the video shared by Elon Musk was full of "lies." The email said:
“We believe the American people want the real freedom, opportunity and security Vice President Harris is offering, not the fake, manipulated lies of Elon Musk and Donald Trump.”
