The lawsuit, filed at California Superior Court, alleged that Blac Chyna, who prefers the name Angela White, became violent and abusive when she drank. It also claimed that the socialite would frequently threaten her now-ex's life.
The lawsuit also gave an account of a "vicious attack" that took place in September 2021 when Hector was asleep. According to the suit, the attack left Hector with several injuries.
An image of Twin Hector's bruised, bloodied, and battered face has since gone viral on social media. The picture shows his swollen face and shut eyes, and earned varied reactions from netizens, with many empathizing with him.
Some social media users asked others to have some sympathy for him as they had for Diddy's ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura when images of her alleged abuse made their way to social media.
“Aht Aht, don’t be asking why he waited. Have the same energy y’all have for Cassie. HE IS A VICTIM!” the user wrote.
Several others joined the conversation and offered solidarity for Twin Hector on Instagram. They claimed that if Blac Chyna did abuse Hector, she "owes him money," adding that everyone needed to be "held accountable" for abuse.
Meanwhile, others called out Blac Chyna on X, with many noting that she had "crossed a line," adding that the alleged abuse was "unexpected and unnecessary."
“What in the domestic abuse! Blac Chyna, no maaam,” a person wrote.
“It was unexpected and unnecessary; she crossed a line,” another person wrote.
“She did him bad smh,” one person wrote.
“Blac Chyna had no business dozing him like that…. Like woah,” wrote another.
Blac Chyna hadn't responded to the allegations and the lawsuit at the time of writing this article. However, her mother, Tokyo Toni, shared a video on social media claiming that she was the one who "whooped" Twin and not her daughter.
In the video, Toni said that she went to LA and "beat" him up, adding that Twin Hector allegedly knew it because she had warned him. She claimed to have warned him that something like this would happen if he were to continue to "play games" with her and Chyna. Tokyo Toni went on to call Hector a liar and threatened to repeat the same if the lawsuit wasn’t rectified.
However, there has been no official confirmation of Tokyo Toni beating up her daughter's ex-boyfriend.

Rapper and model Blac Chyna's ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, filed a domestic abuse lawsuit against her on Monday, September 23, 2024. People Magazine obtained the court documents, which stated that the Wild ‘n Out member had frequent “violent outbursts” during their three-year-long relationship. The two dated from August 2020 to March 2023.
Twin alleged that after Chyna would "drink alcohol and use other drugs to excess," she would get physically and verbally abusive towards him. The allegations also claimed that she would threaten him as well, all without any "apparent reason." He accused Angela of punching, shoving, slapping, and kicking him often, while also threatening to kill him, either during their fights or in his sleep.
Twin Hector claimed in the lawsuit that he “would always do his best to avoid the blows.” He also said that he reportedly tried to prevent her from lashing out, as he loved and cared for her, and wanted her to seek help.
Additionally, he alleged that Blac Chyna never remembered the seemingly abusive actions once she became sober and apologized to keep the relationship going. The lawsuit claimed that Chyna never showed any "sincere remorse" towards her actions against Twin. It added that she didn't seek any medical and psychological treatment for "her propensity for violence" despite Twin's suggestions.
The suit alleged that not only did Blac Chyna refuse to seek professional help, she also reportedly blamed Twin for "not mechanically abiding by her every instruction or demand."
Twin Hector specifically mentioned an alleged incident from September 2021. He claimed that Chyna reportedly woke him up without warning and used "multiple closed-fisted punches, elbow blows, and knee kicks to his body and face.”
Hector claimed that he was “virtually blinded by the blows to his eyes,” and had a battered and bruised face. He added that the house physician asked him to see a plastic surgeon, an eye surgeon, a neurologist, and a psychiatrist to tend to his injuries.
The suit alleged that Chyna had "violence and anger issues resulting from her abuse of alcohol." It added that the primary victims of this kind of abuse were partners she had "intimate relationships" with.
“[Chyna] has had violence and anger issues resulting from her abuse of alcohol for many years, and the primary victims of such violence and abuse are the partners with whom she is in intimate relationships,” the suit claimed.
Elsewhere in the court papers, Hector claimed that he suffered from PTSD and severe insomnia during his three-year relationship with the model. He noted that during their relationship, he allegedly had a broken nose, deep cuts on his face, a scar on his eyelid, whiplash, nerve damage, and daily headaches.
“Hopefully, this lawsuit will convince [Chyna] to get help and that no man (or woman) is above the law, especially when it comes to domestic violence. [Twin] sincerely hopes that [Chyna’s] damaging acts or omissions as alleged in this complaint never occur, to anyone, ever again,” the lawsuit claimed.
Hector, an up-and-coming rapper and fashion designer, claimed that he was willing to stand up and "seek protection under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act.” His lawyer, Kirk Edward Schenk, added that Hector hoped his lawsuit would help other men to “come forward” with their domestic abuse experiences.
Notably, this is not the first time Angela White has been accused of domestic violence. In April 2022, her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian testified under oath that she “tried to kill” him, before calling their relationship “toxic.”
Meanwhile, the Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood star, who’s currently in a relationship with Derrick Milano, marked two years of sobriety on Instagram earlier this month.
