Judith Grimes never died on The Walking Dead. However, she managed to survive Governor Milton's gunshot, with the assistance of Dr. Tomi.

In the final episodes of the series, Judith was shot by Governor Milton, who was targeting Maggie. Fortunately, this event took place within the walls of the Commonwealth, where Dr.Tomi had the expertise and equipment to save her life. After the scene of Coda staging his mother and father, Judith entrusts to her brother RJ, they have to do it all over again because they are "the ones who live."

The final season of The Walking Dead consisted of 24 episodes, broadcast in three sections. The first portion was released in 2021 and the second portion in February 2022, and the third and last instalment began airing in October 2022. The fans were pleasantly surprised to see the end of the show as many felt that it would be difficult to bring justice to the show in a short time.
