“As the Naval Academy’s only graduate to hold this office, President Carter’s legacy is forever cemented as the ultimate example of our mission to develop our nation’s leaders. “He’s not very open about it because he doesn’t want to be the face of anything. It’s just, Parkinson’s sucks. It’s a hard disease. It’s a hard diagnosis.”
