Episode 1: Doom Patrol

In the first episode of Season 4, our heroes, including Vic and Silas, work to restore Cliff's robot body and give him a sense of touch. They plan to use a time machine to visit Cliff's grandson in Florida, but things take an unexpected turn, and they end up in the year 2042. There, they meet an older Vic who tells them about a zombie apocalypse in 2022.

They learn that future Vic wants to use the time machine to change the past, but they face a horde of zombie-like creatures called Were-butts. Back in the present, Jane takes control as the primary persona, and Keeg refuses to speak to Larry.

Episode 2: Butt Patrol

Rita tries to prevent the dark future they learned about in the previous episode. The team decides that Laura should lead, which upsets Rita. Laura and Cliff set off to find Darren Jones, the source of the zombie infection. Jane and Vic pose as Bureau of Normalcy agents to contact the Butt Hunter.

At the Manor, Keeg continues to ignore Larry, and Rita confronts Larry for voting against her. Cliff and Laura find Darren, now a zombie, and have to make a difficult decision. The team eventually reunites, but they discover that one zombie Were-butt, Nicholas, is still out there.

Episode 3: Nostalgia Patrol

Vic reconnects with his old classmates, including his best friend Derek. Rita receives an invitation to a screening of her classic films but ends up trapped in the movies. The Doom Patrol goes to rescue her and gets trapped too.

They discover a person named Dr. Janus is after Rita's emotions. Laura learns about Dr. Janus but can't find a way to defeat her. The gang is saved by Keeg, but Rita remains unconscious.

Episode 4: Casey Patrol

Dorothy, who once lived with the Doom Patrol, uses a special necklace to summon the spirit of Caulder, their former leader. She gets involved in a battle against cybernetic bugs alongside Casey, a comic book character she brings to life.

They confront Casey's nemesis, Torminox, in real life. Later, Torminox captures Danny and defeats the Candlemaker. Casey and Dorothy decide to search for the author of the Space Case comic book in Cloverton, unaware of the author's dark plans.

Episode 5: Youth Patrol

Larry tries to find Keeg and learns about Mister 104's tragic past. The team discovers the threat of Immortus, an ancient deity capable of eliminating reality. Rita accidentally triggers a de-aging spell, turning the team younger. They attend a pool party but must find a way to reverse the spell. Vic visits his friend Derek but turns into a child. Bunbury and the Knights Templar arrive, extracting Jane's longevity.

Episode 6: Hope Patrol

After the de-aging spell is reversed, Cliff encourages Jane to live life to the fullest. Larry is taken to a pocket dimension by Scissormen, and Rama saves him. Rita and Laura investigate the Immortus Project but inadvertently cause trouble. Vic and Derek chase Larry and Cliff convinces Jane to fight against Immortus. As events unfold, our heroes find themselves in a dire situation.
