Kenneth Paul Block, an American professional rally driver, was a member of the Hoonigan Racing Division, formerly known as the Monster World Rally Team. Block was also one of the co-founders of DC Shoes. He participated in numerous action sports events, including skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross.

Ken Block began his racing career with the Vermont SportsCar team in 2005. He went on to compete in the 2006 Rally America National Championship and finished second overall. By the end of 2007, Block had amassed 19 podiums and eight overall victories in rally events. Block finished second in the 2008 Rally America National championship, and on February 27, 2010, he won the Rally in the 100 Acre Wood for the 5th consecutive time, breaking the record formerly held by John Buffum.

In the shakedown stage of the 2011 Rally de Portugal, Block and his co-driver Alex Gelsomino were taken to the hospital after rolling their Ford Fiesta. Both men were okay, according to a representative of the Monster World Rally team later. In 2013, Block entered the top ten of the Mexican rally, scoring his first six points for the championship and scoring a best-ever seventh overall finish. Block has also competed in many action sports events, like skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross.

After selling his ownership of DC Shoes, Block shifted his focus to Hoonigan Industries, an apparel brand for auto enthusiasts. Before his death, he was the co-owner and “Head Hoonigan In Charge” of the company.

In January 2021, Hoonigan Racing Division and Ford Performance announced that they would be leaving after 11 years of service. In April of the same year, Block announced that he was returning to Subaru. In September, Block announced that he was working with Audi to develop electric cars.

On January 2, 2023, Block died in a snowmobile accident near his ranch at the age of 55. Block was riding in the Mill Hollow area when his snowmobile overturned on a steep slope and landed on top of him, according to the Wasatch County Sheriff's Department. Block was declared dead at the scene of the accident.

In his honor, the number 43 would be retired from the World Rally Championship for the 2023 season. Hoonigan confirmed in a statement that Ken Block passed away in a snowmobile accident.
