Basketball Wives recently wrapped up season 10 and aired its reunion special this week. The season revolved around cast members Jackie Christie, Brandi Maxiell, Malaysia Pargo, Angel Brinks, DJ Duffey, Brooke Bailey, Jennifer Wiliams, and Brittish WIliams.
During the show, fans saw the cast members going at each other over and over again as they navigated their personal and professional lives, and while not much can be said yet about what will happen next on the show, one cast member took to her social media to announce her departure from the VH1 series.
DJ Duffey took to Instagram ahead of the reunion to state that she is ready to say goodbye to the show. She said that while she will miss sharing her life with fans, she won’t miss the drama that came with it.
She added:
"I don’t know what is next for me but I would love to act or host. We will see!"

LaTosha Duffey says goodbye to Basketball Wives
Basketball Wives season 10 recently wrapped up season 10 and while fans witnessed a whole lot of drama, they also witnessed sweet moments during the installment, one of them being Duffey throwing her fiance, Iman, a surprise re-engagement party during the finale episode.
In hindsight, the Mexico trip and the party was a perfect way for one of the cast members to end the season as it was Duffey’s last appearance.
The Basketball Wives season 10 reunion special aired on Monday, May 8, and while the stars made major revelations during the segment, one cast member took to social media ahead of the episode to make a big announcement.
Duffey, who was seen feuding with Brandi during Basketball Wives season 10 stated that she doesn’t know what is next for her, while adding that “God makes no mistakes” and that she is on the path that is destined for her. She added:
"To my friends, family, and beauty team that supported me on this journey, I thank you all so much."

During the segment, Brandi announced that she will be moving to Los Angeles in order to get her son Jason, the best possible medical care. She added that if the latter’s condition isn’t looked after, it could be fatal.
Host Tamar asked Duffey where the two stand in terms of their friendship and the latter, who was a part of the segment virtually, stated that being the last one to find out about baby Jason’s surgery was “extremely hurtful.”
Brandi explained that she didnn’t feel an obligation to rush to Duffey to tell her first about anything in her life anymore, however, the latter stated that fans can watch the show back and can see for themselves that she didn’t do anything to the season 10 cast member. She added:
"The way I was treated, it was as if I was just some girl from the street."
Brandi clarified that she never called Duffey a bad friend and that there was a lot of misunderstandings between the two. However, the latter claimed that she had shown “no loyalty” to her.
