"Is this Get Out part 2?" - Internet reacts as photo of Eve the rapper with her millionaire husband's family on Christmas goes viral 

Rapper, singer, songwriter, and actress, Eve Jihan Jeffers, who mononymously goes by her stage name Eve, recently went viral after her images of spending Christmas with her millionaire husband Maximillion Cooper and his family circulated online.

Cooper took to Instagram on December 29 and shared a carousel of pictures from their holiday celebration. It was captioned:

“A Cooper family Christmas… wishing everyone happy holidays as we head towards the new year! #cooperfamily #christmas #eve #gumballlife.”

The first slide showed the photo of the Lip Lock rapper and Maximillion holding each other and posing for the camera, while the next featured members of the Cooper family dining together on a long table. Other images showed their son and the rest of the family in festive spirit.

Since the images garnered traction online, netizens have been reacting to them. For instance, Instagram user @i_eboni commented on The Shade Room’s repost of Maximillion’s post by writing:

Many people joined the conversation and shared similar reactions on the social networking site, X. Netizens seemingly compared the situation to the 2017 psychological horror film Get Out, where a Black man visited the family of his White girlfriend and uncovered shocking secrets.

“I saw this movie……. #GETOUT” a fan wrote.

“It’s giving get out,” another fan wrote.

“Looks like a case from the movie Get Out! I don't feel like tapping into my gift right now,” a user wrote.

Others continued to weigh in and comment on how far the Grammy winner has come.
