Well-known model and actress Dayle Haddon, 76, was recently found dead at her son-in-law Marc Blucas' residence in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Marc Blucas has been married to Dayle's daughter, Ryan Haddon, since 2009. A report by People magazine stated that Dayle's dead body was recovered from Marc's house on December 27, 2024. A carbon monoxide leak is reportedly believed to be Dayle's cause of death, and a statement by the Solebury Township Police Department also reads:

"The investigation indicates a faulty flue and exhaust pipe on a gas heating system caused the carbon monoxide leak. The officers and members of the Solebury Township Police Department wish to extend our sincere condolences to the Haddon and Blucas families."

People Magazine also reported that apart from Dayle, another person named Walter Blucas was also found unconscious at the same place and was immediately transported to the New Jersey-based Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Walter's condition is yet to be confirmed by the authorities.

As per USA Today, Walter's body was first discovered by the cops, and Dayle was then found in the bedroom of the second floor. The latter's identity was disclosed by the deputy coroner of Bucks County, Eliot Gross.

On the other hand, two medics were exposed to carbon monoxide, leading to their hospitalization. An investigation has already been launched to find more details about the incident.

Dayle had an opportunity to work with brands such as Revlon when she was active as a model. She slowly expanded her career to films and television, appearing in projects such as Madame Claude, Bedroom Eyes, and The Hitchhiker.

The Girard, Pennsylvania native has been a part of many successful projects due to which he has become a popular face among the public.

Marc Blucas has been a resident of Pennsylvania for a long time. He once addressed his desire to renovate the property at the place while speaking to Hallmark Channel in 2016. Marc said at the time that he and his wife Ryan purchased the house so that they could be close to their family members.

According to People magazine, the house was built in 1711, and Marc Blucas told Hallmark that his attraction to old places and DIY projects was why he opted to shift to the East Coast. He further stated:

"It's the only part of the United States that has that kind of architecture with old stone barns and old stone houses. So I know it would be projects for life."

Celebrity Net Worth stated that Marc was active in the world of the NBA for a brief period and later changed his focus towards acting. He entered television in 1995 on a show titled Inflammable and became famous for playing Riley Finn in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Marc Blucas continued portraying minor roles on television and slowly became a part of films. The list of his most popular characters also included James Bonham, who was featured in the war historical drama The Alamo, released in 2004.
