Melanie Martinez has announced a new edition of her "PORTALS Tour," which is scheduled to take place from January 19, 2024, to January 25, 2024, in venues across Southeast Asia. The tour will be in support of the singer's newest studio album of the same name.
The new tour will feature performances in the cities of Tokyo, Manila, and Singapore. It will be followed by the singer's Europe tour, announced by Live Nation Japan on its official Twitter account.
Presales for the tour will be available on October 18, 2023, and can be accessed after successful registration on the Live Nation website. General tickets for the tour will be available on the aforementioned Live Nation website on October 19, 2023. Meanwhile, ticket prices have not been announced as of yet.
Melanie Martinez building momentum for her album with tour
Melanie Martinez released her latest studio album, Portals, on March 31, 2023. The album has been a major success so far, peaking as a chart-topper on the Canadian and Kiwi album charts. The album has also peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 and UK album charts.
In support of the album, the singer embarked on a major world tour, starting with a North America tour that is scheduled to be wrapped up by October 21, 2023, with a show at the Parque Fundidora in Monterrey, Mexico.
It will be followed by a Europe tour leg, which will wrap up the singer's schedule for 2023, with the last show currently scheduled to be held at Camp Pequeno in Lisbon, Portugal, on November 30, 2023.
After wrapping up in Europe, Melanie Martinez will head to Asia in early January, followed by Oceania for what is currently the show's final tour leg, which runs through early February 2024.
