UHC CEO’s suspected shooter Luigi Mangione's alleged profile on the e-commerce site Grailed surfaced online on December 11. X account Modern Notoriety shared a screenshot of Luigi’s supposed profile, which was created in 2021.
No purchase was made from the account, as seen in the screenshot. Luigi also purportedly had 30 followers on the profile. Saint Laurent, Enfants Riches Déprimés, Raf Simons, Nike ACG, and LGB (Le Grande Bleu) are his supposed top brands on the platform.
The screenshot highlighted his 'Favorites' tab on the account, displaying products that he supposedly liked or wished to buy later. Some of the items were added 3 years ago, while some were added 11 months ago.
The luxury clothing items on the tab included several Raf Simons collections—a limited edition parka from the "Closer" series worth $24,300, a Nebraska sweatshirt worth $30,000, a parachute bomber jacket from the "Consumed" collection worth $76,500, and a Joy Division parka from the "Closer" collection worth $100,000.

As soon as the screenshot made it to X, netizens soon took to the comments and reacted to the relatively expensive items on Luigi's alleged Grailed profile.
"$100000 sweatshirt," one person commented.
"Ah he's got trash taste, nice, saved him from buying ricks," said one person.
"I’m feeling a level of poor I’ve never felt before," wrote another.
"Window shopper," commented one X user.
"Hypebeast Mangione," joked one.
Many wondered if the profile really belonged to Luigi Mangione.
"I need to know if this is real," commented one.
"This can't be real," one X user wrote.
"Bro ain’t no way LMAOOO," resonated another.
One X user wrote that someone might have changed their username and profile picture on Grailed to make it look like Luigi's account.
"This is fake. You able to change your username on Grailed someone just did it with an old throwaway account of theirs."
Luigi Mangione reportedly comes from an affluent family
Despite Luigi Mangione supposedly shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson to death over higher insurance costs, the 26-year-old's family background shocked many.
Luigi Mangione is the grandson of the late Nick Mangione Sr., a real estate millionaire who immigrated to the US from Italy. The Mangione family is reported to be popular in Baltimore, where Luigi's grandfather built his business. They own nursing homes, country clubs, and local resorts. Nick Mangione Sr. reportedly told The Baltimore Sun in a 1995 interview:
"I didn’t have two nickels to rub together when my father died when I was 11, yet I still became a millionaire."
Referring to his move to the US, Nick reportedly added:
"What other country can you do that in? None that I can think of."
After Luigi's grandfather's death, his family reportedly founded a philanthropic organization that makes hefty donations to the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and other healthcare establishments.
Luigi Mangione reportedly grew up in affluence and had attended expensive educational institutions. Thus, his supposed motive behind allegedly killing Brian Thompson remains mostly unclear to netizens.
