American singer Aubrey O'Day recently responded to Elon Musk's viral tweet on the Diddy case, which he wrote on October 2. His tweet read,
"How many people in music & entertainment knew about this?"
Sharing the same, O'Day wrote,
"Ask your friends, they will tell you."
Trigger warning: The article contains references to s*xual assault & r*pe. Readers' discretion is advised.
According to Aubrey's post, Elon Musk's "friends" were aware of the rapper's activities.
The tweet came after Sean "Diddy" Combs got embroiled in over 120 cases recently. The complainants in the lawsuits have been observed to be people of all ages. The charges included numerous allegations of r*pe, s*xual assault, and s*xual exploitation.
At a news conference held in Houston on Tuesday, October 1, Lead Counsel Tony Buzbee of The Buzbee Law Firm and Ava Law Group disclosed the details of the ongoing lawsuits.
Aubrey O'Day blamed Diddy for her expulsion from the Danity Kane group
Singer Aubrey O'Day recently spoke against Diddy when she shared a tweet by Elon Musk. In the post, Musk asked how many people in music & entertainment knew about the rapper and his actions. Aubrey replied by asking the X CEO to enquire about it and implying that his friends knew about it.
Aubrey has always been critical of the rapper, as he used to be her boss. When Diddy was taken into custody on allegations of racketeering and s*x trafficking, she claimed that she felt validated. The former member of Danity Kane posted on X,
"The purpose of Justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get this. I feel validated. Today is a win for women all over the world, not just me. Things are finally changing."
As per LA Times' September 18 article, Aubrey further alleged that the reason she was expelled from the Danity Kane group was because she "wasn't willing to do what was expected" of her.
The Bad Boy Entertainment owner's arrest has opened up a can of worms because since then, more and more people have come forward to talk about how they were forced to partake in days-long s*x at Diddy parties.
Attorney Tony Buzbee said during the press conference on October 1, 2024,
"This is an important matter that we intend to pursue aggressively. We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, including any individual or entity who participated in or benefitted from this egregious behavior."
He claimed that the crimes detailed in the lawsuits had occurred during the mogul's parties and auditions. These parties reportedly took place in cities such as Manhattan, Los Angeles, Miami, and the Hamptons.
Buzbee further claimed that the complainants are dispersed over multiple US states. He additionally said that there were also minors among the accusers. As per the suits, around 25 complainants were children. At the time of these assaults, one of the complainants was 9 years old, while the other was roughly 15.
He then concluded,
"The day will come when we will name names other than Sean Combs, and there's a lot of names. It's a long list already... The names will shock you."
Furthermore, Justin Litovsky, a 30-year-old man, told The Post on October 2 that he once attended a Diddy party when he was 6 years old and had no idea what was happening. His parents, who were photographers, unwillingly took him. Justin said,
"I remember a lot of weed and a bunch of topless women in the pool and around the pool."
He also said that he was not sure at the time whether "t**s were a good thing or a bad thing."
Nevertheless, since the rapper's arrest, several celebrities have spoken out against him. Elon Musk is the most recent one to mention the accusations against Combs.
On the other hand, Combs has refuted every accusation in the 120 lawsuits. In a statement provided to Fox News Digital on October 1, 2024, his lawyer, Erica Wolff, added that the charges levied against him are unfounded and baseless.
Additionally, Diddy is still in Metropolitan Detention Center prison in Brooklyn without bond.
