BTS' Park Jimin's impact on business once again made headlines. As episodes 7 and 8 of the band's docu-series BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star aired on Disney Plus, fans witnessed once more the idol's love for fried chicken. However, on January 11, 2024, a Twitter account, @PJM_data, shared an update, stating that the business from which the singer ordered in the docu-series faced an influx in demand for its food items.

Fans were quick to laud the Like Crazy singer's influence on the brand, Chicken Plus, and called him a "blessing" in everyone's lives.

A network of Korean fried chicken restaurants called Chicken Plus offers a selection of chicken meals such as topokki, rice, and pizza. The chain has more than 500 outlets in over 50 locations in five additional countries other than South Korea.

"Power never fades": Fans praise Jimin's impact on the business of Chicken Plus and its surge in orders

Chicken Plus is now disseminating details via the website because of the sharp rise in queries made through social media and the website.

The brand went on to say that the meal that Jimin and Jungkook had in BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star episode 7, which aired on Disney+ on January 10, 2024, was Chicken Plus, which includes nachos and crispy chicken as well as chili cheese.

The brand said:

"Hello, this is Chicken Plus. First, we would like to thank the ARMYs who love BTS. Currently, inquiries through the website and SNS are rapidly increasing, so we are providing information through the website. The menu that Jimin and Jungkook enjoyed in episode 7 of BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star, which was released on Disney+ yesterday (1/10), was Chicken Plus' which comes with crispy chicken & nachos, and chilli cheese."

They continued:

"Thanks to ARMYs who are interested in Chicken Plus, we feel the joy of the working ‘Plus Crew (employees)’ is growing. We hope that the BTS members, who are spreading good influence around the world, will finish their military service in good health, and we will always strive to become Chicken Plus which is always a ‘plus’."

In episode 7 of BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star, during the Like Crazy singer placing his order with Chicken Plus, the segment also showed how each member adjusted to their new lives in their own homes. The members' preferences were mirrored in each residence. Jimin thought about how they required their own area and how the whole thing happened organically.

Following this, Jimin his bandmate Jungkook conversed and cooked together at the former's residence. Jimin talked about how he discovered his repressed emotions after a fight with his friend. He emphasized the idea of happiness in the hopes that people would learn to accept life as it comes rather than worry about chasing it.

Soon after the episodes aired, fans checked whether their location had any Chicken Plus outlets. Even though several fans were lucky to locate one nearby, many others weren't that fortunate and shared their disappointment on Twitter.

In addition, many fans lauded the Like Crazy singer's influence, which helped the business earn revenue just like it has for so many other brands before this.

Earlier, Jimin garnered media attention as a result of his visit to Japan before his enlistment. The singer was accompanied by his bandmate Jungkook for a project and they had supper at CURRY HOUSE CoCo ICHIBANYA.

On November 25, the celebrity posted a photo on Instagram of his meal there. Immediately, the brand saw a massive boom in its business and had to develop a ticketing system to cope with the surge in orders and store visits.

The Serendipity singer is no stranger to leading the way. Numerous businesses have experienced an upsurge in tourism and revenue due to the frequent visits from fans to the locations that Jimin has visited.
