Chrisean Rock to serve 30 days prison sentence over alleged fight with a backup dancer at Tamar Braxton's show last fall

Chrisean Rock has reportedly been sentenced to 30 days in prison after she was arrested on June 10, 2024, at the California court. She was present there to attend a court hearing for her baby’s father, and former partner, Blueface. As per XXL Magazine, Chrisean Rock has been granted 12 months of probation after she completes her 30 days in jail.

The publication also reported that the internet personality had been arrested on the charges of allegedly assaulting a backup dancer at Tamar Braxton’s Love and War 10th Anniversary show. Allegedly, the incident took place in Los Angeles in November, last year.

With the charges of assault, Rock has also been asked to stay 100 yards away from the victim at all times, as per the reports. Additionally, she has also been barred from entering the Lucky Strike bowling alley in Los Angeles as this was the place where the alleged incident took place.

Chrisean Rock was arrested from the San Fernando Valley area with her child, who is 9 months old at the moment. TMZ reported that five Los Angeles Police Department officials were already waiting for her when she entered the court premises.

As the incident took place last year, Chrisean Rock already had a warrant issued in her name a few months ago which she also addressed in an Instagram live session a few months back. She stated that she was not turning herself in as she had to look after her kid, who was born 9 months back.

TMZ reported that Chrisean was spending her time in the Lynwood facility in Oklahoma, and has been held with “no bail.”

On the other hand, this is not the first legal trouble that Rock has found herself in, she was also held for a drug charge in 2022, as she was allegedly arrested in Blueface’s stolen G-Wagon. At the time, the police had alleged that Rock was found with marijuana which she used to distribute among people for money.

Furthermore, in August 2022, she was charged again with “disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing in the third degree,” however, as per the Arizona Judicial Branch, the case was swiftly dismissed.

Thereafter, the internet personality was also sued by her hairstylist, Irby Lashala, who claimed that Chrisean assaulted her, and hence, she was once again charged with battery, infliction of emotional distress, and even assault.

On the other hand, Chrisean Rock’s baby father, Blueface is also spending his time in prison, after he was arrested for being involved in a brutal attack in a Los Angeles nightclub, back in 2021. While he was released from prison once, on an agreement of not violating his probation, the rapper was again taken into custody in January 2024 as he allegedly did not abide by the same.
