Claims of the alleged United Healthcare CEO shooter, Luigi Mangione, having an OnlyFans account have spread rapidly across X. This comes after he was arrested on Monday, December 9, as he faced a second-degree murder charge, a forgery charge, and three weapon possession-related charges. Despite the rumors spreading rapidly online, it is important to note that they are not true.

On December 10, X gossip page @DropPopNet took to the social networking site to share an image of the alleged 26-year-old shooter alongside what appears to be a screenshot of Mangione’s account on the adult entertainment website. In the screenshot, one could notice a picture of Mangione alongside a bio that reads, “Welcome to my page I post daily ;) come say hi.”

The screenshot also states that the subscription to his account costs $12 per month. The X tweet read, “A photo of Luigi Mangione’s deleted OnlyFans page has surfaced.”

The tweet was quick to go viral and had amassed over three million views at the time of writing this article.

However, it is worth noting that Luigi Mangione having an OnlyFans account is not true. The page that has shared the aforementioned information is a satirical account. This would mean that their content is not true.

Luigi Mangione does not have an OnlyFans account

If one goes to the ‘About’ section of the X account, one can observe that Drop Pop claims to be a “Parody account.” The ‘About’ portion of the account reads:

“Everything posted on the account is satirical and for humorous purposes, our posts are not meant to be taken seriously.”

Furthermore, X’s Community Notes debunked claims of Mangione having an account on the adult website. The note reads:

“This OnlyFans account is fake. The user was online 8 hours ago when Luigi Mangione was already in police custody.”

More about Luigi Mangione’s arrest as fake OnlyFans claims go viral online

According to the BBC, the former University of Pennsylvania graduate was reportedly caught with a fake New Jersey driver’s license with the name Mark Rosario printed on it.

The police also found him with a backpack that carried what law enforcement called a “ghost gun” and a loaded magazine with six rounds of 9mm ammunition as well. He reportedly had his U.S. passport with him alongside $10,000 cash, of which $2,000 was in foreign currency.

A senior law enforcement official informed The New York Times that he was carrying a three-page document that read, “These parasites had it coming” and “I do apologize for any strife and trauma, but it had to be done.”

According to The Independent, Mangione faced an extradition hearing in Pennsylvania before New York prosecutors charged him with murder. While at his extradition hearing, Mangione reportedly shouted:

“It’s completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people and their lived experience!”

Luigi Mangione was denied bail twice and is fighting extradition. He will remain in a Pennsylvania jail while he fights being returned to New York, where he allegedly fatally shot the CEO, Brian Thompson, outside a Hilton hotel.

Meanwhile, Brian Thompson was laid to rest during his funeral service in his Minnesota hometown on the same day as Luigi Mangione was arrested. The private service was held at Lutheran Church in Maple Grove. His family said in a statement:

"Brian was an incredibly loving husband, son, brother and friend. Most importantly, Brian was a devoted father to our two sons, and we will miss him for the rest of our lives. We appreciate the overwhelming outpouring of kind words and support we have received."

Following the fatal shooting of Thompson, U.S. businesses and healthcare insurance companies have increased security for their executives, including removing their profiles from the companies’ official websites.
