A video of sports columnist and commentator Skip Bayless allegedly addressing the s*xual harassment lawsuit against him by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji went viral on X. The lawsuit, filed in LA on January 3, alleges that Bayless offered the hairstylist $1.5 million in exchange for s*x.

Following the suit, the video, uploaded by X account @dnpsportsburner on January 5, 2025, garnered over 2.4 million views and 14K likes at the time of this article. However, according to a community note attached to the post, the video was proved to be AI-generated. The account that posted the video is known for posting parody videos, as mentioned in the page's bio.

Skip Bayless has yet to publicly address the lawsuit at the time of this article. In the video, an AI-generated Skip Bayless can be heard saying:

"I wanted to address the hairdresser in the room. Ever since I can remember, I've had to watch Joy get passed around like a blunt in a soul food kitchen. And I wanted those sweet sweet mommy milkers. I wanted that voluptuous vixen, that dirty sl*t. But did I exist?
"Was my influence large enough to suck me off at the Christmas party? Apparently not, b***h. I'm the dude you blackmail. And then I saw the hairdresser. I thought I can get this one. I'm powerful. $1.5 million for blue balls."

Exploring Skip Bayless' s*xual harassment lawsuit

On January 3, 2025, former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji named Skip Bayless, Fox Sports, Fox, and others for alleged workplace misconduct. In her suit, she claimed that Bayless offered her $1.5 million to have s*x with him.

According to People Magazine, the hairstylist worked part-time between 2012 and 2016 and became a full-time employee in 2016 before leaving in August 2024. She claimed the incident regarding Skip Bayless happened in 2021 while the sports commentator was one-half of the Skip and Shannon: Undisputed show.

The former hairstylist alleged she gave Skip Bayless a haircut once a week, during which his alleged inappropriate behavior grew. The suit alleged Bayless "began finding excuses" to be physical with the hairstylist.

"He would give her lingering hugs after each haircut, putting his body against her own, pressing against her breasts. He then began to kiss her on her cheeks. Ms. Faraji was uncomfortable by the physical contact and would make excuses to leave right after the haircuts (e.g., 'I need to pick up my son from school.')," the suit read.

Faraji also claimed that Skip Bayless once described her as "voluptuous," which she claimed she didn't know the meaning of as English was her second language. However, she said she was "mortified" when she asked her co-worker what it meant.

The suit alleged Skip Bayless stopped employing Faraji in April 2022 after she refused his money for s*x. Faraji stopped working at Fox after Undisputed was canceled in 2024. Following her lawsuit, a Fox spokesperson said:

“We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation."

Other defendants named in Noushin Faraji's lawsuit

Skip Bayless was not the only defendant named in Noushin Faraji's lawsuit. She also accused Fox Sports executive Charles Dixon of trying to inappropriately touch her at Fox Sports 1 host Joy Taylor's birthday party in 2017.

According to the lawsuit, Faraji accused Dixon of "grabbing her buttocks" after he approached her for a drink during the party. He allegedly put his hand on the hairstylist's lower back, asking if she wanted a tequila shot.

"Ms. Faraji felt very uncomfortable by his unsolicited touching and responded: 'No, thank you.' Mr. Dixon then moved his hand lower and started rubbing her body and grabbing her buttocks. Ms. Faraji was mortified but quickly thought to fake an incoming call to escape from the situation," the suit added.

Noushin Faraji also alleged that Human Resources ignored her complaints. In her suit, she claimed she was often "mocked" by several Fox staff members, including Joy Taylor, for her English pronunciation and ethnicity.

Faraji is also suing Fox for "failure to pay minimum wages, failure to pay overtime wages, unfair unlawful or fraudulent business practices and more under the class action complaint." Her other allegations include s*xual battery and wrongful termination.

The lawsuit is ongoing at the time of this article. Skip Bayless has yet to issue a statement regarding the allegations.
