Below Deck Sailing Yacht episode 7 aired on Bravo on Monday, May 22, at 8 pm ET. In the episode, the crew went out for a dinner party where Mads was seen flirting with Alex. She sat very close to him at the dinner table and the two cheered together:
"To friends, To family, To you and me."
Gary was shocked after seeing this as he and Mads had made out in the hot tub just a couple of days back. He admitted that he was being "jealous" of both of them and went to talk to her later. Gary told Mads that she should not flirt with anyone else just days after flirting with him.
Mads pretended not to understand what Gary was talking about and slammed him for being "dramatic." She accepted that she had an interest in Gary romantically but was not expecting anything out of the relationship. Later, Mads ki*sed Gary again after Alex refused to ask her out, as Gary is his boss and he did not want to be involved in the "messy" situation.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans slammed Gary for being jealous of Alex and telling Mads not to flirt with anyone else, as he had done this in all of his charters. Gary knew that all the boys were interested in Mads and that is why he made out with her in the first place. He is also constantly flirting with Daisy on the boat and has slept with multiple stews in the past seasons.

Gary is known for having all the stews around him and did not know how to react when Mads refused to stop flirting with Alex. He also tried to k*ss Daisy in the previous episodes, which she refused, and did not tell her about what was going on between him and Mads.
In season 2, Gary was seen flirting with Alli Dore but ultimately hooked up with Sydney Zaruba. He constantly tried to make out with Ashley Marti and Scarlett Bentley in season 3, and eventually left the charter with Daisy as his prospective partner.

Gary King has a shock coming his way
As seen in the next week's preview, Daisy will hook up with chief engineer Colin behind Gary's back. He might not take the news well and tells Colin in the trailer:
"You know you like me deep down and I feel you're hooking up to get back at me — spitefully hooking up."
It is unknown if Colin and Daisy are dating after the charter season ended.
