Donald Trump recently stated that his daughter, Tiffany Trump, was expecting her first child with her husband, Michael Boulos. The former president announced the news while speaking at the Detroit Economic Club in Michigan on October 10. Tiffany's baby will be her father's 11th grandchild.
Tiffany and Michael, who have been married since 2022, met at Lindsey Lohan's club in Mykonos, Greece, in 2018.
In a 2019 interview with People Magazine, Lohan said she wasn't there when they first met, adding:
“I wasn’t there when they met. I know him … and I know her … but I don’t know what happened.”
Michael Boulos was born in Lebanon but grew up in Nigeria. He is the heir of Boulos Enterprise, a Lagos-based business that helps with the assembly, distribution, and trade of motorcycles, outboard motors, and power bikes. It is the official distributor for Suzuki.
Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos were engaged in 2021
After meeting at Lindsay Lohan's club in Mykonos, Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos started dating. They made their relationship public during Thanksgiving that year, which Boulos spent with the Trump family.
He was also invited to the White House Christmas Eve party in 2019. Following Tiffany Trump's graduation from law school in 2020, the couple moved to Miami to stay close to the Trump family.
The couple announced their engagement in January 2021, amid the Trump family leaving the White House after the 2020 presidential election. According to Business Insider, Boulos proposed to Tiffany Trump with a $1.2 million diamond ring. She took to Instagram to post her engagement, writing:

They tied the knot at the Trump-owned Mar-a-Lago in Miami on November 12, 2022. Tiffany's mother, Marla Maples, said her daughter made that decision as Mar-a-Lago was her childhood home.
Trump called his daughter "an exceptional young woman" when announcing the pregnancy
Tiffany Trump, aged 30, is Marla and Donald's only child. She is one of five children of the former President and is his youngest daughter. Tiffany's representative also confirmed her pregnancy following her father's announcement on October 10.
During his speech at the Detroit Economic Club, Trump mentioned the pregnancy when he welcomed Michael Boulos's father, who was present in the audience.
"He happens to be the father of Tiffany's husband, Michael, who's a very exceptional young guy. And she's an exceptional young woman. And she's going to have a baby. So that's nice," Trump said.
Tiffany and Michael have been campaigning for Donald Trump in the presidential election. The daughter, who mostly remained out of the public eye when Trump was in office, turned up at the 2024 Republican National Convention with her family.
According to The Washington Post, Trump and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris continue their respective campaigns, with the former expected in Colorado and Nevada and the latter in Arizona on October 11.
