One of Stephen tWitch Boss’ siblings took to social media to share an audio recording of his widow, Allison Holker, and his brother about the dancer's body. In the video, Holker allegedly stated that she thought there was nothing wrong in making their mother sign a non-disclosure agreement to view the dancer’s body.
This came after Holker’s daughter took to social media to defend her mother’s actions. Holker has been receiving immense backlash in recent days for sharing intimate details about her late husband’s life with the public.

Several outlets, including Hollywood Unlocked, took to social media to share that Stephen tWitch Boss’ brother leaked the audio call. In the video, one of tWitch’s siblings was heard asking Holker if she really thought it was “okay” to make the dancer's mother sign an NDA to view his body. Holker allegedly responded saying that she did believe it was okay.
“And I would do it again… every single day for the rest of my life if I needed to,” she said.
In the audio, Holker allegedly said that tWitch’s mother had signed NDAs in the past to attend parties as well. This seemingly indicated that her signing the aforementioned one would not be an issue.
Allison Holker’s daughter Weslie takes to social media to address the Stephen tWitch Boss-NDA drama
Weslie, Allison Holker's 16-year-old daughter, took to Instagram Live on January 10 to discuss her mother having people sign NDAs to view Stephen’s body. It is worth noting that the 16-year-old was never legally adopted by Stephen. Additionally, Holker and Stephen are also parents to eight-year-old Maddox and five-year-old Zaia.
Weslie explained why Holker had their friends and family sign ahead of Stephen’s 2023 funeral. She said that it wasn't so that they could "never talk about Stephen."
“My mom asked for NDAs to be signed when we were seeing Stephen’s body because God forbid somebody that went to that took a photo of Stephen and put it on the internet or shared it with somebody else. That’s the type of this that NDAs are for. It’s not so you can never talk about Stephen," the teen said.
Weslie went on to defend her mother in the 30-minute-long Instagram livestream noting that her mother was still lenient if somebody refused to sign the same. The 16-year-old said that her mother was "still nice, kind, [and] forgiving," and added that people had to sign NDAs when they attended their events when Stephen was still alive.
“She’s still nice, she’s still kind, she’s still forgiving, but you have to know, like, even when Stephen was alive people that attended our events, they would have to sign NDAs. But now just because it’s my mom handling the paper, it’s different and it’s just annoying,” she noted.
While discussing tWitch being a good father, Weslie shared that she was slowly stepping away from his family because they did not make her “feel comfortable.”
Before Weslie defended her mother, Allison Holker took to Instagram stories on January 8, 2025, to respond to the backlash she received for sharing her husband's history with substances. She had reportedly been discussing the issue through interviews and her upcoming This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light memoir.
In her Instagram stories, Holker wrote that she wanted "to be clear" that her "only intention in writing the book" was to share her own story and her life with Stephen to help other people.
“Just like you, I never really knew what happened, and even as I am trying to put the pieces together I will never really know," she noted.
Stephen tWitch Boss, best known for his appearances on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, died by suicide at the age of 40 in 2022.
