Selling Sunset newcomer Nicole Young made some serious accusations against Chrishell Stause in season 6, which was released on Netflix on Friday, May 19. Young said that three years ago she and Stause were given the listing for a house by Jason Oppenheim and the latter took all the credit for her work.
Nicole said that Jason had a “massive crush” on Chrishell at the time, so he used to put her name on her “closed sales.” Young and Jason also got into a fight over the same, where the latter allegedly threatened to fire her if she did not keep her mouth shut. Young said:
"She (Chrishell Stause) didn’t do any open houses. I did everything. I worked with a buyer’s agent, and I’m the one who got it sold."
Chrishell was shocked by this and told Nicole that she was married to Justin Hartley at the time. She defended herself in a very aggressive tone and said:
"Do you not see that what you just said is a problem? You don’t see anything wrong with Jason putting you on a listing but if he does it with me, ‘Oh he has a crush on me."
Stause did not stop at this and even revealed that she had seen Nicole taking drugs. She said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that Nicole had been “plotting a plan” to take more camera time, which is why she brought up this incident from three years ago.

Chrishell confronted Nicole in front of everyone for her accusations and even asked her about behaving "cracked up" on the Palm Springs tour. She told everyone that she saw Nicole take drugs on Mary's bachelorette party.
Selling Sunset fans said that they were happy to see Chrishell stand her ground and called out Nicole for being "bitter" and "jealous."
Nicole asked Chrishell for some advice before joining the series
After her bitter argument aired on Netflix, Chrishell uploaded some text screenshots on Instagram between her and Nicole. The messages were from June 2022, where Nicole asked her for some advice after being offered a contract for becoming a full-time cast member on Selling Sunset. She even praised Stause by saying:
"You’re obviously a pro and have everything show related figured out, so I’d absolutely love to learn some of your wisdom before jumping into the deep end. I’m not going to lie, I’m f**king terrified!"
Chrishell replied to her on the same day and even offered to do a girl’s lunch to welcome her to the group. This is why she was "frustrated" after Nicole brought out grievances from three years ago, even though she had asked her for some advice before shooting for the series.
