On July 25, Elon Musk's daughter, Vivian clapped back at her father’s “my son is dead” remark. Sharing a screenshot of Elon’s tweet, where he stated how she was “born gay and slightly autistic,” Vivian wrote on Threads about how she wants to “debunk” a lot of stuff. She started off by saying how all her father’s claims are entirely “fake,” and none of the details he mentioned have ever happened.
As Elon Musk tweeted about how Vivian, as a four-year-old child would pick out clothes for him, and also spoke about “his love for musicals and theatre,” he concluded his tweet by stating how “he was not a girl.” To this, Vivian responded by saying:
“This is entirely fake. Like, literally none of this ever happened. Ever. I don’t even know where he got this from. My best guess is that he went to the Milo Yiannopoulis school of gay stereotypes, just picked some at random and said “eh- good enough” in a last-ditch attempt to garner sympathy points when he is so obviously in the wrong even in his own f*cking story.”
She continued:
"This entire thing is completely made up and there’s a reason for this. He doesn’t know what I was like as a child because he quite simply wasn’t there, and in the little time that he was I was relentlessly harassed for my femininity and queerness. Obviously he can’t say that, so I’ve been reduced to a happy little stereotype f*g-ing along to use at his discretion. I think that says alot about how he views queer people and children in general."
Elon Musk’s daughter’s comments came just a day after Musk claimed in an interview that she was “killed by the woke-minded virus.” Vivian, born as Xavier, was in the limelight in 2022, after she sought legal approval to change her name, and denounced her father.
“He’s desperate for attention and validation”- Details explored as Elon Musk’s daughter bashed him after his ‘woke mind virus’ comment
Vivian, the daughter of Elon Musk has finally spoken up, and shared a long post addressing her father’s claims on the Meta-owned Threads on July 25. Sharing how she feels that her father is “desperate for attention and validation,” Vivian wrote:
“As for if I’m not a woman… sure, Jan. Whatever you say. I’m legally recognized as a woman in the state of California and I don’t concern myself with the opinions of those who are below me. Obviously Elon can’t say the same because in a ketamine-fueled haze, he’s desperate for attention and validation from an army of degenerate red-pilled incels and pick-mes who are quick to give it to him.”
The comments came in just after Elon Musk had an interview with psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson on Monday, July 22, 2024. During the interview, the X CEO claimed that he was “tricked” into allowing Xavier, now Vivian to undergo a gender change surgery when she was just 16 years old. Elon Musk said:
"I lost my son, essentially. They call it 'deadnaming' for a reason. The reason they call it 'deadnaming' is because your son is dead.”
Furthermore, the post of Threads is not the only clap-back that Vivian gave to her father, Elon Musk, as she also appeared for an interview on July 25, 2024, on NBC News, and stated how Musk is just “lying” about him to “audience of millions.” She said:
"I think he was under the assumption that I wasn’t going to say anything and I would just let this go unchallenged. Which I’m not going to do, because if you’re going to lie about me, like, blatantly to an audience of millions, I’m not just gonna let that slide."
During the interview, Vivian also talked about how she came out to her parents in eighth grade and started puberty blockers and hormone replacement therapy soon after. During the interview with NBC, she also revealed how she has not spoken to her father, Elon Musk in four years.
Elon Musk welcomed six kids with his ex-wife Justine Wilson, one of which is Vivian. However, the Tesla founder then welcomed twins with Shivon Zilis. The billionaire also has three more kids with singer Grimes.
