Amid the horrific Palisades fire in Los Angeles, actor Ashton Kutcher was seen protecting a friend's residence from the blaze as per TMZ. The actor was captured in a video, watering the plants around the house, to make it less likely to catch fire.

According to an article by The Daily Mail, published on January 8, the house was Reese Witherspoon's former residence. An insider told the outlet that Ashton also checked upon his former boss Chuck Lore's ex-wife, Arielle Lorre.

The video of Ashton Kutcher soon went viral on the internet with netizens flooding X, formerly known as Twitter, with their reactions. Many mentioned Diddy in the tweets, primarily because of the closeness that Ashton shared with the mogul.

"I thought Diddy lived in NY," an X user wrote.

Ashton Kutcher and Diddy's friendship reportedly got impacted when the actor began dating his now former wife Demi Moore

According to reports by The Economic Times, dated December 17, 2024, Ashton Kutcher and Diddy drifted apart when Ashton began dating actress Demi Moore. Ashton and Diddy went clubbing quite frequently in the early 2000s as mentioned by the outlet. In 2003, Kutcher began dating Moore and the frequent clubbing stopped.

An October 2024 article by InTouch reported that Demi often restricted Ashton from attending Diddy's parties. A friend of Demi spoke about the relationship between Demi and Ashton and said:

"They had a vibrant love life when they were together, for sure, but it didn’t involve group situations and it didn’t involve a lot of ‘celebrity partying’ either."

They further added:

"Demi did everything she could to keep Ashton out of compromising and tempting situations, and that definitely kept him away from these crazy situations you’re hearing about in Diddy’s case."

The friend even believed that Ashton Kutcher should thank Demi for keeping him away from such situations. According to the friend, Demi was also not very fond of Ashton's friendship with Danny Masterson but ended up tolerating it.
