Amber Rose has finally spoken up on the alleged crypto scam and denied the rumors that she has been supporting Donald Trump only to get a pardon. Posting a video on multiple social media handles on August 6, 2024, Amber Rose stated how she has “never been in trouble,” and has not ever “broken the law.”
“I’ve been seeing comments that the only reason I endorse Trump is because I’m in trouble for a crypto scheme and I want Trump to pardon me. I’ve never been in trouble my entire life. I've never broken the law. I am a law-abiding citizen, and I am a sweetheart,” she said.
In her video, captioned “Stop lyingggg FAKE NEWS…. Weirdos,” Amber also mentioned how she has not scammed anyone in her life. Calling it “corny,” she continued to state the reason why she is in support of Donald Trump.
“I’m not out to scam people. I’ve never scammed anyone in my life. Just stop guys it’s corny. Just come to the terms that Trump is gonna win and he’s the best for our country. I don’t need to get pardoned for sh*t," she said.
The whole Amber Rose crypto controversy started in recent years after the model started endorsing various cryptocurrency pages on her social media handles. Through her posts, she encouraged her followers to join crypto-related Discord channels. This gave rise to the many rumors that a federal investigation had been launched against Amber’s promotional activities.
It is also worth noting that there has not been any concrete proof that Amber is being investigated, or there is a scam that has been promoted by the model.
