YouTuber Tanner Fox has disappeared from the video-sharing platform since 2022. The content creator’s absence from social media has also left many wondering whether he has passed away. However, he is certainly alive and is currently keeping away from his channel.
For those uninitiated, Tanner Fox is a celebrated content creator who has amassed over 10 million subscribers on YouTube. Fans enjoy his dramatic, extravagant, and dangerous videos. He last uploaded a video on YouTube titled IT’S FINALLY DONE! (GTR 4.0 REVEAL).
Since his withdrawal from his channel, many have assumed that he died, as mentioned above, with TikTok user @m0nkeybals also commenting:
“It’s crazy how Tanner Fox is [skull emoji] but we all focused on Donald Trump rn. We’re stuck in the manipulation.”
As of July 28, the TikTok video mentioned above has amassed over 75,000 likes. Despite the netizen seemingly hinting that Tanner Fox passed away, it is far from the truth. He has only stepped back from YouTube to focus on his mental health as he revealed in his podcast appearances.

While speaking about how he was heavily using substances while posting on YouTube, Fox added:
“It was kinda like a bleeding part in the middle of it. Like it kind of assisted both I think, YouTube stopping and then that starting.”
He also explained that he decided to quit posting as he was rebuilding his team.
