A video of bees flying on top of donuts in a Krispy Kreme store in Mexico has now gone viral on the internet. The video was posted on TikTok by content creator @vividmichael and it featured a case filled with donuts that was full of bees buzzing atop it.
The bees on top of the trays were so numerous that they almost covered the donuts. However, no one seemed to care about the same, including the one who was recording the video or the employees or the customers who were visiting the store.
The bee-filled donut trays drew a lot of attention from netizens, with one joking that it was like an extra drizzle of honey on them.

The video of the Krispy Kreme donuts was recorded sometime at the beginning of this year.
Netizens have been reacting to it on social media platforms, with a few expressing their shock at how everyone seemed to be nonchalant about the insects. While several users were appalled and strongly expressed their disgust, many did not miss an opportunity to crack a joke about the situation.

Krispy Kreme offers free donuts to students graduating from high school and colleges
Krispy Kreme is once again providing a sweet gift to college and high school graduates on May 24, 2023. The doughnut company will offer free donuts at their outlets to all newly-graduated students, and to access the facility, they will need to turn up in a school T-shirt or a graduation cap and gown.
The donuts box, which comes with a "Dough-ploma" sleeve, is a tradition has continued since the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020, when restrictions put a stop to the graduation celebrations. The company's global chief brand officer Dave Skena stated that the reason behind this year's move was that the lives of the graduates were affected because of the pandemic.
He added:
"We are thrilled to celebrate their perseverance and spirit the best way we know how: free Original Glazed doughnuts."
Last month, a video shared by TikTok user @jordan_the_stallion8, also an employee at Krispy Kreme, revealed that the company was offering free donuts for the students getting A marks on their report cards.
The company provided a maximum of six free donuts and the rule was one free donut for one A. Adding further details about the offer, Jordan said:
"But the loophole is we are not allowed to ask you if you currently go to the school or not. So if you show us a report card of any kind with an A on it we have to give you a donut. Do with that information what you will."
The company previously provided a Senior Day Dozen pack for the graduates and the box had glazed and filled donuts alongside the original glazed donuts.
