Meatball was sentenced to probation earlier this year
Apart from having a successful career in the world of social media, Meatball has been involved in some legal issues. The problems started in September 2023 when huge crowds stormed into Center City in Philadelphia, stealing items from various stores, as per NBC10 Philadelphia.
According to Hot New Hip Hop, Dayjia was streaming the entire incident live on Instagram, and she was eventually arrested by the cops. The outlet stated that the incident was a result of former police officer Mark Dial being acquitted of all the charges after he was detained for reportedly shooting Mr. Eddie Irizarry.
Multiple charges were imposed on Meatball at the time, including criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief, riot, and disorderly conduct, for being allegedly involved in several incidents of property damage, burglary, and theft businesses around Philadelphia.
The District Attorney's Office also claimed that Dayjia used her social media pages to encourage everyone to participate in criminal activities. Notably, around 12,000 people allegedly watched Meatball's live video.
A report by NBC10 Philadelphia stated that Blackwell was eventually sentenced to five years of probation and 150 hours of community service. She was also ordered to pay a fine of $10,000.
Following the incident in Philadelphia, Officer Mark Dial was arrested for another time in October 2023, where the murder charges against him were restored after the District Attorney's Office refiled them.
