Jonathan Majors was arrested in March last year after he reportedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. As per the latest update, Grace has now dropped the charges imposed against the actor, which include strangulation, assault, and harassment.
Jabbari has approached the court to file a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice on November 21, 2024, as per People magazine. The latest filing has eventually dismissed the allegations mentioned in a civil lawsuit that was filed by Jabbari in March this year.
While Grace has not shared any statement about the new filing, her attorney Brad Edwards expressed his happiness as he spoke to People magazine the following day.
"We're glad this case has been resolved and this chapter is closed so that Grace can now move forward and begin to heal."

Grace Jabbari made a lot of allegations against Jonathan Majors in her lawsuit
As mentioned, Grace filed a civil lawsuit against the Loki star in March 2024, where she claimed that the latter reportedly displayed a "pattern of pervasive domestic abuse", which started in 2021 and continued until 2023.
The legal documents obtained by People magazine stated that Jonathan Majors allegedly pushed Grace Jabbari towards the hood of her car on one occasion in September 2022. The lawsuit mentioned that Majors reportedly dragged Jabbari inside the house and hit her head on the marble floor while allegedly attempting to strangle her.
The court documents featured details of other alleged incidents, including that Majors reportedly intended to kill Jabbari and later told her to get medical treatment to avoid any kind of investigation.
The lawsuit was filed a few months after Jonathan Majors was found guilty on charges of misdemeanor, assault in the third degree, recklessly causing physical injury, and harassment in the second degree in December last year.
The charges emerged out of a reported dispute between Jonathan and Grace, which happened in the Manhattan streets, as per People magazine. The legal issues brought other problems for Majors, including that the release of his film Magazine Dreams was canceled by Disney.
