The South Korean popular K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM and French luxury brand Louis Vuitton officially announced their partnership on October 13, 2023. As the newest House Ambassadors for Louis Vuitton, the well-known girl group will promote a special capsule line of handbags designed just for the South Korean market.

They made a strong entry into the music business, winning praise for their distinctive musical direction and alluring dress choices on a global scale. By inviting them to his Women's Prefall 2023 show in Seoul, where they later rocked the after-party with their live performance, Louis Vuitton's Artistic Director of Women's Collections, Nicolas Ghesquière, further cemented their relationship with the company.

"I am very excited that LE SSERAFIM are joining Louis Vuitton as House Ambassadors. We met for the first time at my Prefall show in Seoul and I really loved the energy they brought to the after-party with their performance. They each have such a unique style that together feels very cool and authentic."—Nicolas Ghesquière

These newly designated ambassadors shine wonderfully in Louis Vuitton's most recent capsule collection. This collection features reimagined famous styles and clever interpretations of Maison's classics, drawing inspiration from the magnificent bags that adorned the catwalk on Seoul's famed Jamsugyo Bridge.

"Like sunbae, like hoobae": Fans are overjoyed as LE SSERAFIM walks into the footsteps of their seniors—BTS

The quintet became the second K-pop group after BTS to become the House Ambassador for the house of Louis Vuitton and the first girl group overall. The Maison's house signed BTS as their ambassador in 2021, and the boys donned the brand's ensemble from its 'Fall 2021 menswear collection' on the Grammy's red carpet in 2021.

Meanwhile, 16 exclusive bags will only be made public in South Korean Louis Vuitton stores online on October 13, 2023, while eight bags will be released globally later.

Among them are the special hues of the GO-14 bag, inspired by the quilted lining inside the brand's historic trunks, and the Noé Purse, reinterpreted with a twist and inspired by the Bokjumeoni. This traditional bag signifies good fortune. They also include modifications and redesigns of classic models.

Fans flooded social media and showered praise on the girls over this huge accomplishment.

The quintet proudly exhibits these distinctive pieces against the bustling metropolitan backdrop as the campaign skillfully recreates the dramatic atmosphere of the Prefall event. By establishing this collaboration with LE SSERAFIM, Louis Vuitton ushers in a thrilling age of innovation and worldwide reach.

The band's strong philosophy is reflected in its dynamic name, LE SSERAFIM, an anagram of "I'M FEARLESS." The group, which consists of Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae, made a strong debut in May 2022 with their debut EP, FEARLESS. LE SSERAFIM is also the first girl group to debut under HYBE Entertainment, home to the world's most popular boy group, BTS.

In other news, LE SSERAFIM will perform on November 2, 2023, as a part of Global Spin Live, a LIVE event extension of the well-liked web series Global Spin presenting international musicians, according to the Grammy Museum, reflecting the band's immediate chart success.

With songs like FEARLESS, ANTIFRAGILE, and UNFORGIVEN, the group has set several records, and now they are scheduled to release their new English comeback song, titled Perfect Night, on October 27, 2023. Additionally, the song's teaser has already been released and is incredibly well-received by listeners.
