The Democrats' Vice Presidential nominee Tim Walz was trending yesterday when he visited Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and was greeted by a swarm of Democrats trying to take a selfie with the current Minnesota Governor.
However, what caught the attention of fans the most was when a video of his children making dog ears behind him went viral on the internet. The Democrats' Vice Presidential candidate was talking about the privilege of being nominated for the position during an interview at the DNC on August 19, but his children were seemingly busy making everyone laugh.
Democrats and other fans from across the world voiced their opinion on this viral video:
"Relatable if they were 5. They’re a little old to be acting like this it looks like they have no self control like him," opined one individual.
"It's so weird seeing actual real human beings that laugh and have fun while doing good," wrote another fan on X.
"Lol totally relatable," suggested another fan.
One fan quipped that he eats Doritos like him and concluded that he would be the one to win the upcoming elections. They commented:
"Well, that settles the election then. This is the guy. I heard he eats Doritos too, just like me."
"Those are normal kids. Compare that to Trump's poor kids. I know they're adults, but Trump's kids are messed up because of him. Just like Robert Trump was messed up because of Fred," opined another individual on X.
"Stop you’re making me love him," joked another fan.
Some of the other comments on X read:
"more relatable the the second gentleman and his daughter," observed one individual.
"It's great seeing laughing & fun, vs people being repressed & miserable," opined another fan.
"even politics can't escape the classic dad moments," inferred one fan on X.
Tim Walz seemed to be everywhere on the first day of the Democratic National convention as he visited as many as five places and urged the crowd to make a ' generational difference' by voting for Kamala Harris over Donald Trump in the upcoming United States Presidential elections.
Tim Walz also went to the LGBTQ caucus and was greeted by a generous helping of applauds and cheers as people craned their necks to take selfies and get a good look at the Minnesota Governor.
Tim Walz talked about their rights and said that they aren't like a piece, i.e., rights don't get over and there's enough for everyone.
“Let’s make sure people are free to live their lives as they choose,“ he inferred.
President Joe Biden urges everyone to support Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in DNC speech
'Freedom','democracy' and 'America' were the keywords of United States President Joe Biden's speech at the Democratic National Convention on Monday (August 19).
He urged a crowd of around fifty thousand to vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the upcoming Presidential elections.
“Let me ask you: Are you ready to vote for freedom? Are you ready to vote for democracy and for America? And let me ask you: Are you ready to elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz as president and vice president?” he implored the crowd.
Joe Biden's demonstration in Chicago was met with both support and protests from the crowd. While he was met with unwavering support from a huge section of the crowd, many anti-war activists voiced their protests against the United States President.
According to Biden, Trump made false promises on infrastructure development every week during his tenure but 'never built a damn thing.'
The United States Presidential elections will take place in November 2024.
