Danielle and Lindsay reach a boiling point in their friendship on Summer House

Tonight's episode of Summer House saw the cast members enjoying their summertime with the last few memories they could make for the year. However, they dealt with several issues concerning personal relationships and heated arguments over impending issues that caused major drama and ended the installment on a severely tense note.

The official synopsis of the episode, titled Welcome to the Jungle, reads:

"As summer comes to an end, the housemates throw a jungle-themed Labor Day party; Ciara takes her costume game to the next level while Mya confronts Oliver; Danielle and Lindsay have a conversation that changes their friendship forever."

The Summer House finale episode began by documenting Danielle and Lindsay's argument. The former was upset with her then-best friend cutting her off of a "monumental moment" of her life, which was Carl's proposal. However, Lindsay maintained that it was a surprise for everybody in the cast.

When Danielle expressed that not being invited to the proposal hurt her, considering they were the best of friends. In response, Lindsay pointed out that the former questioning the relationship throughout the season was a definite reason as to why Danielle was not made a part of the proposal.

The two Summer House castmates and ex-best friends continued to argue over their issues and after a constant back-and-forth until Danielle called Lindsay a "monster," and put an end to their friendship. The latter, however, expressed that they were long done even before having this conversation and Danielle was the one who ruined the weeked for the couple.

Lindsay left the scene by confessing that Danielle won't be invited to the wedding. The latter, for her part, crumbled on the floor and broke down over the demise of their friendship, as fellow ladies, who were evesdropping, hugged and consoled her.

Fans felt Danielle deserved it on Summer House finale

Fans felt that Danielle deserved all of what came at her from Lindsay in the finale episode because of her behavior. They felt that Danielle never celebrated Carl and Lindsay's relationship throughout the season, and even made their engagement all about herself. They noted that Lindsay gave the right energy in the conversation.

Fans felt that Danielle was wrong for her behavior during the season and the reaction from Lindsay during their argument was appropriate.

Season 7 of Summer House was packed with drama-filled moments as the cast members dealt with complicated dynamics. With the season coming to a close, the friends will reflect on the installment and hash out their grievances in the upcoming reunion episode. Viewers will have to wait and see how it all pans out.

Don't forget to tune in to the first part of the reunion on Monday, May 20, 2023, at 9 pm ET on Bravo.
