Fans aren't pleased with the design of the upcoming Air Jordan 6 “Toro Bravo” sneakers
For sneaker enthusiasts, the Air Jordans represent more than just a pair of shoes as many love their rich history and cultural significance. From the iconic Jumpman logo to collaborations with basketball player Michael Jordan, these sneakers are a symbol of style, athleticism, and urban fashion.
Since the 80s, almost every Air Jordan release has received lots of appreciation and love. However, not all designs are meant to be liked by everyone and it seems like the colorway of the upcoming Air Jordan 6 “Toro Bravo” is one of these.
According to the comments on an Instagram post by @zsneakerheadz, the new AJ look like Santa Clause shoes as they have a lot of red hues on them. Meanwhile, other fans say that the shoe is perfect for gangsters owing to its bright red colorway.
However, this Air Jordan pair isn't just getting hate as there are sneakerheads who love the shoes. They had positive reactions about the shoes and some even said that the shoes look better in person.
Nike will release the Air Jordan 6 “Toro Bravo” sneakers at 7:30 pm on May 24, 2023. Describing the pair, Nike said:
"For many of you, this one's been a long time coming. The AJ6 "Toro Bravo" brings the coveted look of the 2009 Raging Bull pack to a champion-winning shoe. Famously inspired by MJ's German sports car, this AJ6 has a decked-out design that dons textured suede and an all-over Varsity Red finish. Yeah, some things are worth the wait."
It is quite evident that the pair is receiving both negative and positive feedback from the sneakerheads. Although there is some negative feedback given how popular the brand is there are people who will definitely cop the new Air Jordan 6.
