Justin Baldoni continues to face backlash following Blake Lively’s lawsuit, as the Voices of Solidarity award presented to him by Vital Voices is now being rescinded. On December 23, 2024, the organization announced that they “recognized Justin Baldoni with his award” on December 9, 2024. The message stated:

“On Saturday, December 21, we learned through news reports about a lawsuit brought by Blake Lively against Mr. Baldoni, his publicists, and others that is disturbing and alleges abhorrent conduct. The communications among Mr Baldoni and his publicists included in the lawsuit- and the PR effort they indicate- are alone, contrary to the values of Vital Voices and the spirit of the Award.”

They concluded by stating that they had “notified Mr Baldoni” about the cancellation of the award. While Justin Baldoni has not yet responded to Vital Voices' message, several netizens began sharing their views as soon as the news spread on social media. An X user, @PopCrave, posted about the situation, prompting another user to respond:

“Why is there even an award for that? The bar is literally on the floor.”

Netizens shared their opinions on the social media platform.

“Why does an award like this even exist respectfully” wrote one social media user.
“Why is this even an award,” added one more.

Furthermore, others stated that Justin’s career “is almost over” now, due to the alleged lawsuit.

“Advocating for women isn’t a badge you get to keep if your actions don’t match the talk !!! Plot twist no one saw coming!!!” commented one X user on the post.
“This man's career is almost over,” added one more.
“The power of accusations. If he's guilty, fair, then,” wrote another.

More details about the lawsuit involving Justin Baldoni and his team

On December 20, 2024, Blake Lively accused Justin Baldoni of s*xual harassment and allegedly orchestrating a campaign to damage her reputation. The allegations stem from their time working together on the 2024 drama It Ends With Us, with Lively filing a formal complaint in the California Civil Rights Department.

As per Deadline, the complaint highlights an allegedly toxic work environment involving Justin Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, which Lively claims nearly disrupted the film’s production. The lawsuit alleges several incidents on set that Lively described as emotionally distressing, impacting her and her family.

The complaint details the work environment, including Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath’s open discussions about personal s*xual experiences. Lively further claimed that Baldoni added intimate scenes, including acts not agreed upon in the original script, which intensified her discomfort.

These allegations have brought significant scrutiny to Justin Baldoni and his team, as the fallout continues to affect both the actor and his professional ventures. This scrutiny intensified when WME dropped the actor on Saturday, just a day after Lively filed the lawsuit. Meanwhile, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds continue to be represented by the agency.

Additionally, Liz Plank, the co-host of Justin Baldoni's podcast Man Enough, announced on Instagram on December 23, 2024, that she had quit the podcast. She stated:

“As this chapter closes for me, I remain committed to the values we’ve built together. Thank you for being here, for trusting me, and for being by my side for the last four years. We all deserve better, and I know that together, we can create it. I will have more to share as soon as I continue to process everything that has happened.”

Meanwhile, The Hollywood Reporter shared that Justin Baldoni has denied all accusations, labeling Lively’s allegations as "serious, disgraceful, and completely untrue."
