The opening ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024 is again trending after Anna Wintour's name was misspelled during the live broadcast. She is well-known for her association with Vogue magazine as an editor-in-chief.

The 74-year-old was among those celebrities who attended the event this year. However, the public got a chance to have some fun after witnessing France Televisions misspelling her name as "Annal Wintour" while she appeared for an interview with a channel.

The mistake was even captured by the Instagram page of I Deserve Couture, which shares posts related to fashion. Netizens took to the comments section of the post to share their reactions, with a majority of people making fun of the incident. A netizen referred to the fact that the mistake might lead to severe issues and wrote:

Notably, the opening ceremony has grabbed attention for similar errors. As per the latest updates, netizens expressed their criticism on social media after subtitles were missing during the performances of French rapper Rim'k. A similar problem was reported when Lady Gaga was performing.

Considering that the main cast members are famous editors, they would try to bring out the story of the industry from their perspective. The show will even cover the changes that events like the Met Gala have undergone over the years.

Furthermore, Anna Wintour was in the headlines last month after she appeared on This Life of Mine with James Corden and addressed a lot of things about her life. She said that although she is not an expert in singing, dancing, and writing, she tries to help everyone.

"I admire others so much, and I want to do the best that I can to help show the world how good they are. That's really what motivates me, I think, is admiration for others who have gifts that I can't possibly understand, but I can admire," she added.
