On December 5, 2024, canned water company Liquid Death and adult incontinence company Depend together unveiled "Pit Diapers," which is a solution for concertgoers. According to the companies, these adult diapers let fans skip restroom hassles and avoid long lines, making them a convenient option for enjoying concerts.

After announcing the product, its official website read:

“RELIEVE YOURSELF WITHOUT LEAVING THE SAFETY OF THE MOSH PIT.”

Additionally, when describing the product, the website added that the Pit Diaper is an "innovative" new way to assist fans, allowing "you stay in the safety" of the pit and yet enjoy all the great-tasting Liquid Death "you adore."

It further continued:

“Powered by Depend, the Pit Diaper locks away recycled Liquid Death Mountain Water, Flavored Sparkling, and Iced Tea to give you all-show protection. Each Pit Diaper comes with a pack of 52 Depend Guards.”

As soon as the product went viral, social media users took to Facebook to react to it. Most users joked about it, with one humorously stating that it was a problem that didn't need a solution.

As per Uniladtech's report from December 9, 2024, these adult concert-appropriate diapers cost around $75. According to the same reports, the Pit Diaper contains "recycled Liquid Death," which eliminates the urine odor. It includes chains, spikes, and high-quality, cruelty-free, 100% vegan quilted pleather. However, the diaper's design makes it difficult to wear underneath clothes.

With this limited-edition item, customers can stay hydrated without taking restroom breaks. Additionally, it also guarantees that no leak will happen, no matter how hard one moves.

Uniladtech's report further stated that the product was sold out in a day, and there is no indication of when it will be restocked. Once back in stock, they should be available in 7-Eleven, Tesco, Walmart, Target, and other popular stores in the USA.

Meanwhile, metalcore legend and renowned drummer Ben Koller endorsed it. On December 5, 2024, he issued a statement through Consequence that read:

“The show can’t be stopped for a bathroom break. With the Pit Diaper, I can hydrate without missing a beat.”

In the promotional video shared on Liquid Death's YouTube channel, the narrator humorously remarks:

“The scariest place at a show isn’t the pit; it’s the bathroom.”

In the advertisement, Liquid Death also claims that this limited-edition item is the "first heavy metal diaper." It further states that as it works with Depend's Guards for Men, users can be certain that they won't miss their favorite song or be concerned about leaks after wearing the product.

Following the success of the Pit Diaper, Liquid Death has not made any announcements yet.
